It took about a week to break in but now it’s perfect! It starts out cool and stays the perfect temperature all night long. If you don’t like the bubble side flip it over for the same smooth support. The older one we have has been going strong for four years and is still amazing. It molds to your head and neck so no sore shoulders or neck when you wake up. This pillow has a nice density and good weight to it. It’s quite comfy and gives good support. That said, the cooling gel is not as cool as I would have liked. I used a different cool gel pillow on vacation and loved it, but this one doesn’t have as much of a cooling effect. It’s still a good pillow and great improvement from my old feather pillow, but if you are looking for a true cooling pillow you may want to keep looking. ... show more

I absolutely love these pillow. I’m the luckiest person when it comes to my pillows. Let me just say these are the best pillows . I never wake up with my neck hurting and I get comfortable right away. I will say this they are heavy but who cares their comfort is amazing.

I bought the King size pillows from Costco and then downsized to a Queen bed. I could not locate the queen pillows anywhere, but Amazon! The pillows arrived yesterday, and they are just like the King size pillows! I absolutely love these pillows and they seem to be the same as the King size from Costco; not a knockoff! I have bought many pillows over the years, especially since back surgery and neck surgery. I originally bought this pillow when it was sold through costco and it was the VERY best pillow I ever had. I accidentally left it in a hotel room after having it for several years so I bought it a 2nd time. That one has been amazing for several years so I bought another one to have for travel. This time I noticed a HUGE difference in quality the first night sleeping on it. I kept using it, hoping that it was just needing to be worked in but sadly it’s just TERRIBLE quality. The original one bounces back, when you lay your head on it, it gives nice support without collapsing in on itself but also not too firm. This one immediately flattens out to a non pillow where now you are laying on a flat surface and feeling the blue gel (that is on the bottom) through the pillow., Then it doesn’t come back up to its original form. AND it sounds like you’re laying on a pool float. It’s a completely useless, heavy pillow. It makes me so sad that this once great quality pillow has obviously been bought out by some cheap manufacturer. ... show more

For starters I had purchased the same brand of queen size pillow back in 2007 . The comparisons between the that and the new one I just bought is like night and day. The quality of 2007 version was wayyyy much better in comfort , softness and no leakage until late 2021 . So I decided it was time to purchase another one thinking it would be the same as the other . Well to my surprise, The manufacturer must of decided to downgrade because when you lay on the pillow it goes flat and there’s lack of coolness. I’m hoping that it holds up for a while at least . Definitely not expecting them to last as long my other did . But who knows, we’ll see. There’s an old saying, If it’s not broken, there’s no reason to fix it !! The manufacturer definitely messed up a great product, by using poor quality materials. 👎👎 ... show more
