As a nightshift person, I sleep during the day, and have high traffic through the house that makes me toss, turn and struggle to sleep well. It came today while I was asleep, my current pillow on the floor because it slid off the bed and my head just resting on the mattress. Once I noticed it arrived, I opened the pillow and was surprised by how soft, but firm it was. I was excited because without even laying on it, the softness was already making me feel sleepy again from comfort. The pillowcase has a purple grid like the famous and expensive Purple Pillow, which I put on the pillow. The second I laid down and rested my head where the concave made for your neck is, I almost immediately fell asleep again because it was too comfortable. I have not a single complaint. And no, there is no smell. Soft, but firm, and has a nice divot for neck support. I love it, AND IT IS SO MUCH CHEAPER THAN MOST OTHER SUPPORT PILLOWS! Also people complaining about it not being cool are delusional. It does keep your head cool, but obviously, it isn't an ice pack or idk turn down your heat/turn on an ac/fan?

My wife was looking to improve on some neck kinks she's been waking up with. This pillow was in a reasonable price point, unlike some these days, and it sleeps about as well as any other foam pillow we've tried as well. Unfortunately, she didn't find it to be terribly different or helpful so we'll probably keep on using it, but we are still on the hunt to work out what's going on with the kinked neck. Maybe it's an issue with the mattress more than the pillow now. In any event, the pillow itself seems indistinguishable in quality and foam as many others we have seen in stores so I wouldn't be afraid to try it out if you are considering it.

Cuando adquirí la almohada no esperaba más que una almohada algo cómoda para mejorar un poco el descanso. Cuando llegó y la probé mi experiencia fue maravillosa, está almohada es suave Pero no demasiado lo suficiente como para amoldarse a la forma del cuello y cabeza de quién la usa, adicional recupera su forma con mucha facilidad. Adicionalmente la capa que aporta frescura durante las noches calurosas se agradece bastante (vivo en una zona donde el clima está sobre los 30°C - 86°F) lo cual ayuda que durante las noches la almohada permanezca fresca. La funda se puede quitar y colocar de manera muy sencilla para facilitar su lavado, y lo mejor de todos no contiene olores extraños ni muy fuertes cuando fue recién desempacada. 100% recomendada. I bought this on Feb 2…I just received it today, after 3 delays. The pictures show a pillow that is high on one side, lower on the other, fantastic for bad necks. That is not what I got, the pillow is cut out for your neck, but it’s 2 inches thick at best. Not worth the wait or the price. So disappointing

I have to admit I bought this pillow on price alone (it was on sale) just to see how good these memory foam pillows are. The first night I used it I fell asleep immediately and did not toss and turn. The sleep score on my Samsung smartwatch was much higher than it normally was. Since then, I've had nothing but similar scores. This pillow completely beats all of the different down pillows I have. I would highly recommend it. It makes a difference.

I waited a couple months to review this pillow to give myself time to adjust to it. I've tried so many: bamboo, chunks, various forms of memory foam, buckwheat, microbead, latex...nothing has really solved the problem of waking up with a sore neck. THIS pillow hasn't completely solved the problem, but it's come the closest. The varying pillow height helps, and the neck depression area is comfortable and different from the other pillows. I'm a turner...right side to back to left side...occasionally on the stomach...I'm definitely a shifter during the night. So far, this pillow has accommodated my shifting and turning with the least amount of neck discomfort in the morning.

I bought this pillow because I had gotten used to sleeping on a neck pillow and regular flat pillows no longer worked for me. This seemed like the best of both worlds. And unlike so many this was affordable. This worked as soon as I tried it. It supports my neck and head perfectly. And it's cool to sleep on. A great product.
