This is a quality orthopedic knee pillow that provides relief, holds its shape and easy to clean. I ordered one each for my husband and myself to alleviate the pressure from one knee resting on the other. I have no idea why it started bothering both of us at the same time, but it was very uncomfortable and made it difficult to fall asleep. Our hips and/or low backs were sore after using them the first few times so thought the pillow just might be too bulky for our knobby knees. For a while I stopped using mine when side-sleeping but found it useful to put under my knees when sleeping on my back. However, my husband kept using his and it wasn’t long before his back/hip discomfort completely went away, so he uses it every night with great results. The knee on knee was still driving me nuts so decided it was worth giving another chance because other pillows had been too soft or too large. The current status is that I can say the pillow is comfortable and helps me get to sleep which is a pretty big deal, so keeping my fingers crossed that eventually the minor low backache (it usually works itself out in 2-3 hours) won't be there when I wake up. I'd definitely recommend giving it a try. Reviews are my own.

Bought this to replace a just generic pillow I'd been using for a year to make my knees more comfortable when I sleep. First thing I noticed was this pillow is surprisingly small comparatively, and also very very dense. The outer layer is comfortable enough, though I've noticed that the pillow tends to be just a little too hard and unforgiving, really minimizing the amount of natural variation in leg position you can have. You are definitely more limited with this design than some others that I've seen (or just a regular pillow). Overall, after a week of using it, I am happy with the purchase, but I'm not sure that I would repeat the purchase if I had it to do over again. All things considered I'd do more looking around and possibly go with a more versatile but still supportive option.

It worked great for about a month as a side sleeper. Helped with hip and back pain but after a month the pillow lost its support.

Great purchase! I read a lot of reviews on knee pillows and this one spoke to me. The account is under my husbands name so I wanted to specify that I am female, 5'2 1/2" and petite. I absolutely love this pillow! It's a great size I have no problems switching from side to side because the pillow just goes with me and stays in place. The material of the pillow cover doesn't get stuck against the sheets or duvet and doesn't have a funny smell. I read a review saying the pillow hits the back of their calf and it bothered them and thought it was too big. It does the same to me, but it's really comfortable and soothing to me. I immediately felt relief during and after the first time using this product. I got in a bad snowboarding accident two years ago and my lower back has not been the same since. My pain had gradually gotten worse and I couldn't sleep at night. A friend of mine suggested buying a knee pillow and here I am writing this review. I'm sleeping better and waking up with little to no pain. I placed the order and it showed up the next day. I am a happy customer. I hope this helps!

I am 5 months pregnant and have a hard time sleeping on my sides without my hips aching. I am constantly tossing and turning and cannot fall asleep for hours once I get in bed because I am so uncomfortable. I have tried regular pillows and even squishmallows between my knees to offer support, but all of them were too flimsy and thin. This is the perfect firmness and size. The first night I was skeptical because it took some time to get used to the firmness and position it in a comfortable position. But I slept so good! No tossing and turning at all! I have used it two nights since and each night I am able to fall asleep so quickly and stay asleep for much longer without having to change positions. This pillow is literally amazing and I would 100% by it again! It is the perfect width to keep my hips and spine aligned and supported. I will use this every night and probably even after I give birth!
