The support pillow is very comfortable. It provides exceptional back support and posture. I drive for a living and everyday I have a different vehicle. The three strap design enables me to give myself a custom fit no matter what kind of shape the vehicle seat is in that I have for the day. I have a comfilife seat cushion that I have had for years they compliment each other perfectly. I hope that this is the last cushion I will ever need to purchase and believe me I have tried many. The cushion does push you forward somewhat and is very thick it works well for my needs. Comfilife is a great brand with great products. I highly recommend this cushion.

This back support works but it needs a neck support. The cushion pushes the body forward and my headleans too far back. I suggest ording a neck support to go above the backrest or buy one that has the head/neck cushion.

Comfy back support
I really like the comfort this lumbar support provides. The straps that fasten it to your chair or the seat in your car are easy to use and they even provide an extra set of extensions in case the seat is extra wide or thick. I purchased it for use in my car.

Uncomfortable / hot. Great customer service
Pillow was ordered to add to my recliner. It fit well and initially was ok. But quickly it got uncomfortable and my back was sweating. Update: I was contacted by customer service and they tried to resolve my issue. Outstanding service!

I like the additional top portion. It's more gradual. The plastic clips seem cheap. Had one break day one when making adjustment to strap. Contacted them and had the issue fixed quickly. Much appreciated.
