The massager gets the neck region really well which can be lowered to get the trapezius muscles too. the rollers that target the back are nice for isolated region (upper or lower back) and the full range. The inflation feature is an interesting experience, which I do like. The heat is nice but mild. The vibration is also nice but mild. Overall I really enjoy this massager and I hope it lasts years.

Works especially well on my shoulders. I'm 5'5" and do need a pillow to have the correct height. I use the demo routine for a nice all over massage. Only negative is it is not comfortable to simply sit on. You will need to remove it from the chair or have a dedicated chair it stays on.

I used another company's product before, but it broke down, so I saw the review and bought it. The chair of another company has a little pain that feels like 2D, but this massage chair is about 3D. Extending it to 3 years warranty for free means that you're confident in the product, right? Plus free? Great!Customer service is also fast and excellent. For less than $200, you can get a massage for three years! very worthy!
