Useful for mild knee soreness

I've been using this knee massager about a week now, usually after my daily dog walk. So far I'm very happy with it. I bought this because I started getting some knee soreness recently, especially after longer walks. My doctor told me that with aging, too much standing or walking can put more stress on the knees, and suggested walking slower or reducing walking time. But since I still need to walk my dog every day, I decided to try a few things to help, including some supplements and this knee massager. The build quality feels good and better than I expected for the price. It's easy to put on and comfortable to wear. The vibration massage really helps relax my knees after a long walk. There are several massage modes, but honestly I feel the default mode works the best, so I mostly don't bother to change mode. The heating feature is great. It's not too warm, but it will be nice during colder winter days. After using it, my knees definitely feel less stiff and more comfortable. I can feel it helps relieve stress around knees and improve circulation. My wife tried it a couple of times and she also likes it. She plans to get another set for her father as a Father's Day gift.

Warm and Comforting

This is a nice unit that does both knees at once. The heat is great, and, for me, the vibrating massage is good, too. I kind of wish it did more than just vibrating, and that would bring it up to 5 stars. Overall, though, for tired, sore knees, this is very comforting!

Works as advertised... Heat is low.

Works as the description states, but the massager is just four motors with weights which spin and vibrate. It's awfully loud, and the heat is negligible. I didn't think I would mind the 30 minute auto-shutoff, but that is too short of a time. There is also no way to turn on just the heat. The vibrations turn on when you want just heat. I will be sending this bad for a refund and getting heat pads with velcro straps to secure them around my knees.

Provide relief from nighttime knee pain!

I ordered this massager to relieve knee pain at night when trying to get to sleep. I have trouble finding a comfortable position. I had an older model that didn’t have a strong enough massager or enough heat. This model is larger and is a plug in version. The massage and heat is much stronger . I used before bedtime and it helped a lot. No discomfort when I went to bed and was able to get much more comfortable to get to sleep. I will continue to use nightly and recommend.

Excellent Heated Knee Massager for Home Use

Works well for pre exercise warmup and pain relief

As of June 21, 2021 I’ve been using these wraps for about a month 4-5 times a week 2-3 times a day. So far, they work well. I read many of the reviews, especially the 1 star reviews. Here’s my experience: Pro: - good heat distribution around the knee - Velcro holds the wrap in place securely - vibration is a little goofy at first but I got used to it and then I found it helpful - I have grade 3 osteoarthritis and my knees are sort of a mess after decades of sports abuse. This heating wrap is part of the litany of therapies I use - cold, heat, massage, counter irritants, diclofenac gel and NSAID’s. This wrap supplies the heat/massage - you can use the one wrap with the controller alone or both together - the wraps unplug from one another and that fact provides a lot a lot of utility - good for pre-golf and cycling warm up Con: - Could use one more heat setting. It doesn’t get quite hot enough for my purposes - not sure how long it will last, many of the 1 star reviews centered on lack of longevity. - could use multiple timer settings rather than a flat 30 minute shut off Overall this was a good purchase. I suspect my knee “adventure” will eventually land me in the OR and I’ll do whatever to stall that for as long as possible. My left knee sucks - wakes me up at night burning and aching. Awaiting a cortisone shot next week that I hope helps but I have my doubts because the cortisone shot in my shoulder 10 years ago didn’t do a thing for my shoulder pain. It did clear up my hay fever for a month. I’ll take whatever relief I can get and this heat/vibration cuff set fills the bill for now. Hope that helps! PS - the cat in the photo is my in house PT and flexibility expert and she works for treats.
