I have purchased many different products to help with leg pain. I can honestly say this device is one of the best purchases I've ever made. I like that I can sit with my legs extended out in front of me and wear these knee pads. Some of the other products out there are hard plastic and you have to sit with your legs bent. This device gives a very warm and soft massage. It feels great on my knees and it interrupts any nerve pain that I get down into my shins. So I have had major knee pain for the last 8 days, I am too young for double knee replacement, so I am riding it out until I atleast hit 45 if not longer. I fired up this heating massaging sleeve and when I say ots euphoric, I mean it, it's feels soo nice on my knee that has been swelled and giving me trouble keeping weight on. My only issue is they aren't independent, the other one piggybacks onto the main one. Soo eventually if this one fails they both fail. I got the warranty but with my luck it will die 1 week after lol ... show more

Overall pleased with how these deliver targeted heat to the knees. The vibration feels good and should be helping increase circulation to the joint. I didn't realize that it comes with two sleeves, one for each knee, with a power cord that connects the primary to the secondary one. You can use one or both together, one control panel operates both. It uses a power cord rather than a battery, so best if you remain seated while using it (which you'd probably do anyway). It's easy to disconnect the cord from the sleeve if you need to get up and walk around, no need to unplug from the wall or extension cord. The power cord is kinda long, but you'll probably need an extension cord. The heat comes on gradually and is mainly focused on the front and sides of the knee. Each sleeve has two vibrators, which are located to either side of the knee when wearing it. The vibration has a few different settings, from continuous to intermittent to gradual waves. It's not too noisy, but it is audible in a quiet room. Customer service extends your warranty from 1 year to 3 years for free if you register. I would've rated it higher if the heat completely surrounded the knee, including the back of the joint. ... show more

Since I started using these I have been able to almost stop the pain pills for my knee. I also have been able to ride my exercise bike again. There is enough vibration and heat to make it perfectly comfortable. I am amazed what this product has done for me. Especially for such a small price.

I have only used this for a short time so I can't honesty say how the long-term pain relief will be, but short term, the warmth and vibration seem to help my knees. The wrap is soft and comfortable and easy to use. I can recommend this product.
