There is nothing I don’t like about this product, it’s heated, neck massage back and forth around your neck, and if you position your shoulder the rollers will do it job amazingly and the neck massage is heated or not depending on your choice. For the mat it’s heated also, it’s vibrating a few different ways. If you need something to help you relax and it doesn’t cost a lot this product is perfect. Overall, everything is what I need for the low price. It’s affordable and help me relaxing. It’s light, easy to put away simply roll it and there is a belt to hold it in place, it’s can fit someone 6 feet high, the neck roller is gentle but work just right. For the price it’s just right.     • Very satisfied with this masage pad besides a few features
The media could not be loaded. I purchased this massage pad due to the fact that my last one stopped working. It is definitely an upgrade compared to the last one, because this one has flat massage motors, has a neck massager and pillow, as well as the fact that the heat goes down almost to the bottom. Unfortunately, the massage motors nor the heat last an hour like my last one, so that is a con but rather last for a half an hour. Also, the neck massage only last 15 minutes, and is a bit of a struggle to try to reach up to turn back on, so that it can be used for the entire 30 minutes, which I am taking 1 star off due to this. Also, if you lean on it, it will turn on and scare the life almost out of you. See video for more detailed opinions. Over all very satisfied!! ... show more

Love this mat! The vibrations themselves work as they should, but let's be honest, they are pretty much useless. The vibrations are not nearly strong enough to have any lymphatic, muscle, or blood flow benefit. On the 'mode' setting, each mode is a series of different vibrating pulses within themselves. However, if you do not engage the 'mode' feature and just choose which part of the body (or all) you want to target with vibration on the remote, then you get a nice, steady flow of decent vibration without all the fluctuating pulses, which is very calming and relaxing ❤️ Secondly, let's talk about the remote control pouch. While the feature and construction itself is a great idea (it even has a velcro enclosure), it is positioned way down towards your feet instead of at hand/reach level🤷♀️ So unless you have elongated alien- like arm length, It's a failer. The remote itself is simple and works accordingly, and even has an automatic shut off timer of somewhere between 25 and 35 minutes 👍 The pillow: I do enjoy the massage feature of the pillow, and it too has a built-in timer, but let's talk about the cord. It is so short in length that if you try adjusting the pillow position on your neck, or if you want to unzip it and lay it on your upper back, you really cannot do this without disconnecting the power connection👎 The heating: the heating feature is a nice addition, but it really does get hot🥵 I equate it to a heating pad on its highest level, maybe even a little warmer. Personally, I can take it, but I could see how some may not. It really is pretty hot. In general, it's very nicely put together in both its construction, comfort and packaging, but a tad overpriced at $90 ... show more

This unit is too short for my 6 ft bod. I sold it to friends who are 5'4" and less and it is a delight for them. This was apparently designed in China, from whence it came, for the height of shorter Orientals. Otherwise, the unit worked well. It was just not a usable size nor design for taller people. The vibrator unit are all in the wrong place for me and the neck massage unit was totally out of place if I maneuvered my body so the body vibrator units were in a usable position. ... show more

So, my husband is hard to buy for because he's the guy that says, "get me whatever you want". Never giving a definitive answer, just....those simple words. Well, my daughter and I got him the "COMFIER Full Body Massage Mat with Movable Neck Pillow". Of course, he's also the one who won't really use or open what you get him until you bug him about it and open it yourself. Well, we did just that! We bugged him until he opened it and we hooked it up and the man won't sit any other place but in his recliner with that massager. lol If you are sitting there ..he will just stare politely until you go ok..ok...I'm moving! I have never really found a gift that he truly wanted or needed in my life until this. He loves it soooo much. We have all used it in our household and love it. The head rest is a bit uncomfortable for me, but he uses it off n on. It's a good thing it's detachable. All in all...it was a great purchase, and we are completely happy with it...now we just have to bug him enough to use the foot massager we got him too! lol ... show more

This worked for about six months then the lower mat massage and remote wouldn’t turn on at all .. nothing looked damaged and I tried everything.. the only part that works is the pillow shiatsu but I could have gotten one of those without the pillow for a way lower cost. When I contacted them to get a replacement they said I have to pay for the shipping to send it back .. I was irate! The shipping to send it back would cost more than the thing cost!! Don’t buy from this company- defective items and will lose money in the end ... show more
