I am 5'5 with a longer torso and this goes all the way up to my neck and down to my tail bone. It feels incredible and really helps reduce tension and massage any sore muscles. My shoulders are always tense so I'm really happy that this goes even higher for me! By default this massager is on the highest setting and does a full body shiatsu massage. There is a 2D and 3D setting which I believe changes the way the massagers rotate. You can also use the rolling setting and control where the rollers go with the up/down arrows. There is also a setting for just the upper or lower part of your body. Finally the seat massager just vibrates. I don't really use it and apparently it heats up. I recommend using this while seated, but if you need a little more intensity you could try laying down on the lowest strength setting (there is low and high). I also believe this will automatically turn off after 15mins but it's easy enough to turn on again since the remote is attached and half an arms length away. The massager is lightweight and easy to carry but it is a bit bulky and annoying. So I prefer to keep it in it's designated chair. It also has straps so that it stays on the seat and won't fall. My family and I have already used this dozens of times throughout a couple of weeks so this is well worth the money!

So, the good & the not as good. VERY GOOD. The back massagers go from the very top to the very bottom in the range. I had this in my recliner & the top of my buttocks with the just beyond the small of my back got massaged. This es excellent. Up to the bottom of my heat for the top part. Excellent range. I am 5,4”. The seat part has 3 strengths of vibration. Very relaxing. The back has 3 different settings for massages. It has the just rolling setting. That setting rolls up as it goes up & rolls down as it goes down. So you get bidirectional rolling. You can select top back, low back or full back with that one. You can also select to have the nodes heated with this selection. It is a very gentle heat. You can also select the shiatsu massage, you can select full back, top back, low back or spot. You can select heated nodes. You can also select regular or slower setting for more relaxed session. You can also choose the alternating 3d shiatsu. This can be on the lower back, upper back, full back or targeted spot only. It can have heated nodes & can also be regular or slow. I personally loved the spot 3d just to my lowest back/buttock area with heat on slow setting. The not as good for me. The nodes only are heated. And just warmed. Unless you have it on spot area only, you are unlikely to notice much warmth at all. That May be for safety reasons; I don’t know. But I did want some more noticeable heat. It states it automatically shuts off after 15 minutes. It does. That is really not long enough for me. When you hit the power button to turn it back on it always automatically starts in the full back regular shiatsu without heat. So if you want a certain area, you have to select the spot massage & then return it to the area you want & then reselect the massage you prefer. I also consider that the back area is not soft. I like this as it ensures better massaging mechanisms that should really be more durable for longer & a nice strong massaging action which I prefer. My son said it was a little hard as he was hoping to fall asleep getting a massage. This seems more therapeutic than just falling asleep to the low massagers. It does also suggest you can put some fluffy towel or blanket over the nodes if they are too deep digging into your back-another difference with my son & me. I really did appreciate the fine qualities at this price point. I will probably have to get a more expensive one to get the programming options that I want. But this one was a great product as far as I am concerned.

The media could not be loaded. I have quite a few massage guns, peanut style massagers, and other trinkets. I wanted a full body massager because I was spending so much time making sure I did one area at a time. I actually really like this one. You can segment for upper, lower, or your full back. There’s two patterns of massage. You can control up down or if it stops in a spot that’s good for you. I’m not gonna say I’m big on the vibration. That’s just in the seat portion. But that’s really never been the priority for me. The heat is hot enough to warm up your muscles, but doesn’t feel like it’s too much. There’s a good variety in massage types and pressure. Also, it comes with an option to register the product for an extended warranty of up to three years. Given the price and having a warranty of three years in this type of product, I would definitely recommend. Look forward to trailing their products in the future

The only reason I gave this 3 stars is because the 3D massage is AMAZING! Product was purchased 11 months ago, used almost daily. The product materials are horrible. It ripped apart on the 3rd use (2nd day I owned it) and sure I could've attempted to return it, but my grandma was dying at that time and there was too much going on to bother with it. Here we are, 11 months in to having it. Yes I still use it despite being ripped. Both sides are complete detached, there was a white cushioning cloth inside that had to be torn out or would constantly catch on the rollers. Idk if it's because of the damage sustained from things getting caught in the rollers, but the heat function no longer works and it's having other issues with not functioning as it should, but again this could be because of the other issues. The rolling option is quite frankly painful. It's like someone sticking a rounded object into your back as hard as possible and drawing straight lines up and down your back. The regular shiatsu is ok, I've owned better products though. The 3D massage is the only reason I'm even considering buying another of this because it really is that good.
