This did the trick. I have used this several times since receiving it last week. Easy to set up, attach the adapter, plug it in, and go. The remote is easy to use and my back is very happy. I wish I had purchased this years ago. It makes me feel much more relaxed and my upper back tension melts away. So far I am happy with the overall quality and range of the shiatsu nodes.

I am extremely happy with the COMFIER Shiatsu Full Back Massager-it has truly been a game changer for relieving my tension and stress. The combination of the shiatsu massage nodes and the rolling/kneading features provides a very realistic, deep-tissue massage that feels incredibly close to a professional treatment. One of my favorite features is the adjustable intensity and customizable settings. I can easily target specific areas like my lower back after a long day, or enjoy a full-back massage when I need total relaxation. The heat function adds an extra level of comfort and really helps loosen my tight muscles. The design fits well on my chair and stays in place during use. I love that I can use it at home while watching TV or even while working. The quality feels durable and well-made, and the controls are simple and easy to use. Overall, this massager is a fantastic investment for anyone dealing with back tension, soreness, or just looking for a way to relax at home. Highly recommend!

So, the good & the not as good. VERY GOOD. The back massagers go from the very top to the very bottom in the range. I had this in my recliner & the top of my buttocks with the just beyond the small of my back got massaged. This es excellent. Up to the bottom of my heat for the top part. Excellent range. I am 5,4”. The seat part has 3 strengths of vibration. Very relaxing. The back has 3 different settings for massages. It has the just rolling setting. That setting rolls up as it goes up & rolls down as it goes down. So you get bidirectional rolling. You can select top back, low back or full back with that one. You can also select to have the nodes heated with this selection. It is a very gentle heat. You can also select the shiatsu massage, you can select full back, top back, low back or spot. You can select heated nodes. You can also select regular or slower setting for more relaxed session. You can also choose the alternating 3d shiatsu. This can be on the lower back, upper back, full back or targeted spot only. It can have heated nodes & can also be regular or slow. I personally loved the spot 3d just to my lowest back/buttock area with heat on slow setting. The not as good for me. The nodes only are heated. And just warmed. Unless you have it on spot area only, you are unlikely to notice much warmth at all. That May be for safety reasons; I don’t know. But I did want some more noticeable heat. It states it automatically shuts off after 15 minutes. It does. That is really not long enough for me. When you hit the power button to turn it back on it always automatically starts in the full back regular shiatsu without heat. So if you want a certain area, you have to select the spot massage & then return it to the area you want & then reselect the massage you prefer. I also consider that the back area is not soft. I like this as it ensures better massaging mechanisms that should really be more durable for longer & a nice strong massaging action which I prefer. My son said it was a little hard as he was hoping to fall asleep getting a massage. This seems more therapeutic than just falling asleep to the low massagers. It does also suggest you can put some fluffy towel or blanket over the nodes if they are too deep digging into your back-another difference with my son & me. I really did appreciate the fine qualities at this price point. I will probably have to get a more expensive one to get the programming options that I want. But this one was a great product as far as I am concerned.

This does everything it says it will! Great quality! It is light weight and can be moved when you want to take it along. The heat just adds to the amazing! I have tried so many things for my bad back and this feels AMAZING! It is my go to after a long day at work. It is so relaxing and perfect for a wind down after a long day. Nail salon chairs have nothing on this! Love it!

I have been using the Comfier massager for a little while now and it has honestly become one of my favorite things at home. The massage node feels strong and effective, almost like deep tissue massage. It targets upper, lower and full back really well and i love how you can adjust the intensity and pressure depending on the need of the day. The heat feature is a game changer. It warms up quickly and add the extra level of relaxation especially after long hours of sitting and standing. The design is comfortable and fits nicely on most of the chairs and couches. Its easy to set up and rwmote makes switching modes simple. It gives you spa like relief without leaving the house. I also like the portability as you can change it from chair to couch or anywhere you like.

**I’VE ADDED AN UPDATE AND CHANGED MY RATING FROM ONE TO THREE STARS!! This was my original review with a one star rating: I have no idea what this product is like, because I wasn’t able to even try it! There was no adapter in the box, so I have to return it. Very disappointing! UPDATE: I found the adapter (my bad), and I am changing my review rating from one to three stars. I actually would have given this product FIVE stars (even though I don’t particularly like the color), because I really do LOVE the way it massages all the way from the very tops of my shoulders down (almost to the middle most back), and from the base of my spine up (almost to the most area of the back! They both stop just short of that point by a couple of inches! So, if you’re like me, and that area is one of particular problem, you are left feeling the tension and frustration of the absence of any massage nodes for that gap of about 2 or 3 inches! This is most unfortunate, because, otherwise, this back massager would be as close to perfect at its function as a full-coverage back massager as I’ve found, and I have been trying many of these chair-cushion type units in hopes of finding one that would suit all of my needs. I would highly suggest that the company correct this slight error in design, because they have developed an EXCELLENT product in this longer track unit. And I would suggest that they offer it in a more neutral color (black or grey or beige). I would also suggest that the nodes on the upper most portion of the top track move slightly closer together when it begins to reach the top (the neck area for me). Then it would be perfect as far as coverage and aesthetics go. I don’t know about longevity of the mechanics or quality of materials, ect. yet, because I’ve only been using it for a couple weeks now. I haven’t quite decided if I’m going to keep this massager or not. I may keep it just because of how well it massages the areas that it does cover alone…not sure. Hope this has been helpful

This is a perfect fit for the office chair. It's quiet and the combination between hear and the shiatsu massage is fantastic for those days where I have to stay at my desk longer. The price-point on this is great and it seems very sturdy and like good quality. There's a remote attached that makes it very easy to use. Some co-workers tried it and ordered their own as well. For the price you really cant beat it.

I’m picky. I’ve returned several similar massagers to three different companies. The last one I had fell apart in 4 months with moderate use. It was from a well known name brand. This massager does everything I need it to. I can put my weight on it and it doesn’t slow down. It heats up right away. The vibration nodes on the bottom cushion that I don’t use are not uncomfortable to sit on like the other massagers I tried. The massage nodes have a very good range. They go far up and even massage my neck and down to the lowest part of my lower back. It really gets the muscles that I need it to. There are multiple settings on the controller. This massager feels like it’s about half the weight of each of the others that I tried.
