it is accurate and easy to use. it gives the option of battery power or usb power. the batteries are 4 AA unlike some wrist types that use 2 AAA batteries. using 2 AAA batteries for pumping ip something is just silly. it makes more sense to use twice as many batteries and have them be AA. so the wrist one i had is now in the garbage as i will be using this new one comfier. it also has a big easy to read screen with voice prompts as well. it is a very good product. ... show more

This blood pressure cuff was easy to set up and use. I placed batteries in the unit, but you can use it by plugging into a computer port. It has a large screen which makes it easy to see the information. It also has an optional voice reader to provide the results. You can turn that off if you don't need it or don't like it. This monitor is easy to use, and the best part is the voice that gives directions, then gives the results, and then tells you if the results are in the normal range. Best monitor I've used and happy that I made the purchase.

The media could not be loaded. I like the ease of use. It’s compact and accurate. The only thing I feel is a bit of a design flaw ( it doesn’t really affect the use) is the speaker location. Check out my video here and you will understand. The speaker is located on the bottom of the unit! Not sure what they were thinking. So, when the unit is set up on a flat surface, such as a table or nightstand etc, the sound is really reduced! I realized that early on, luckily, and decided not to return it. It put it on the edge of the table , allowing the speaker to be exposed. Also, sometimes I’ll slip something under it. It doesn’t effect the reading, since I’ve tried it both ways. Anyway, be sure to check my video. I would recommend it, in spite of the speaker issue. If hearing is a problem, think about the options. The price is average and reasonable.Thanks ... show more
