I hope I am not writing this too soon. This is my third day using it. I am a BP monitor and fitness wearables fanatic. Around 10 years ago I started with the Omron Evolve. This one was great however I got tired of replacing the batteries due to cost and it was hard to reconnect to the app as well as challenging for me to put the battery cover back on. I later bought the Withings Connect because it was rechargeable and I had the sclale . I thought this was a huge step up from the Omron Evolve and I did not like the Omron app as much as the Withings. Overtime my BP started creeping up and the Withings readings were very erratic. Sometimes exceptionally high like needing to go to the emergency room high and sometimes low. The Withings is very sensitive I think. I began comparing it to the Omron and another non wireless model I had. The Withings was high compared to the other two. After years of trying I started giving up on the Withings. The stress of its erratic readings alone was driving my BP up. I started using the Omron again. Luckily I saw the iHealth Neo on sale and thought it was worth a shot. Tried it and comparing to my ther models now. The reading are inline with the Omron monitors and another I have. The Withings is still high. It was easy to set up. The app is better than the Omron however I still prefer the Withings app. I just have other Withings devices and there readings do not seem on the devices. As far as fit the Omron leads in this category. The Withings and iHealth monitors are a little big. I am 5'10 and I think a smaller person might have a hard time with the fit. The fit on the ihealth right now is a little uncomfortable. I hope it breaks after time and fits my arm better. The thing that sets this apart is you can do the 3x readings using the app is the only way I can figure it out. However, the app is very easy to use. It also, does not give you the first couple of reading suntil all are in. I think this is beneficial because sometimes a high reading in itself can make the BP higher on the next reading. I think the Withings has this ability as well however it was difficult for me to figure out how to use. Overall if I had to choose between this item. The Omron or the Withings I would choose the ihealth monitor. I want to look into buying some of there other devices. I realized i aleady bough the thermometer a couple of years ago for my son. So it works well in the app. I hope they continue to add some new items in the future

I am very pleased with this product. I was able to use right out of the box without doing anything except to put it on and press start. Then I opened the quick user guide and downloaded the app, with was also very easy to set up. But I really like that you can see the results without needing your phone at all, and the app is basically to keep a log of dates and times. There is a place to add notes on the app next to a reading if you are tracking any specific results. I am a bigger girl and I thought for sure I would need to order the larger cuff the description said was available, but the one that came with it works fine. It comes with a soft storage case and the whole item is light and sleek and will be very easy to travel with. Edit-I am just now needing to charge this for the first time and I realized that a charging cable was not included as the description said. It is an USB micro, and I had one, but I like to keep the original charging cable with the device.

Exactly what I have been looking for. Put it on, push the button, relax and wait, then, when it is done taking a reading, that reading gets recorded automatically on your phone and you are done. You have all recorded records at your fingertips anywhere whenever you need them. No paperwork needed unless you need a printed copy. Small and compact for travel or to take with you wherever you go and you can take your BP and record it instantly. You DO need a phone with Bluetooth and the device app. however this device will work without the phone and app but you won’t have the ability to record the results off the device. The device does have internal storage but it is limited. For the price it is a great buy and a great device. I highly recommend this device. (I recently wrote the above review, and I stand by that review, however I want to edit the review to add some information I did not know at the time of the first review. This device does a wonderful job of recording blood pressure and pulse, AND THAT IS ALL. I caps that because that is all this monitor does. If you want to also record other vitals, you have to install additional side by side apps that record other vitals and then try to pair them with this device. If you don't mind overloading your phone with apps and try to keep them up to date, then give it a go, but for me, I thought I could do it all in this app and my iHealth Cloud account. WRONG....Also, if you do not turn off the monitor app after each use it will continue to drain your battery. I did not know this and had to recharge often until I found out to turn off the app. Hope this helps with the decision making. I would not have bought if I had known this before hand.)

I was hesitant to keep this device because it still used a micro USB port to charge, rather than a USB C. However, after using a few other wireless devices, this device was by far the fastest to register an accurate reading. So I kept the device, and it worked well for the first few months, then, out of no where, the device no longer held a charge. I bought the device last October, and started having issues at the beginning of February 2024. So I contacted customer service explaining the issue, including my info and Amazon order number, and this was their reply: "Thank you for contacting iHealth Labs and I apologize for any inconvenience! This sounds like the Neo stays connected after performing measurements. You can either turn off your bluetooth or force quit the app to sever the connection. Can you also please try doing a firmware reset to the Neo by holding in the start/stop button for 12 seconds or so? Along with this firmware reset, please try uninstalling the app, restart your mobile phone, re-install the App again then re-pairing with the app and see if this resolves the issue. This constant connection may cause for your battery to drain quickly, but if the device is still draining quickly it could be defective. When and where did you purchase the device? Your name and shipping address? Do you have an order number/receipt for the purchase as well as the serial number "SN" of the device?" Thank you, Jade G. iHealth Labs Support Team This added to my frustration, because it was clear they either did not read my initial email carefully, or did not read it at all, as I clearly included the order information along with my name and email, so why ask for it again? So this was my reply: I gave you all the order information initial contact email. Obviously, you did not read it carefully, which is again, very disappointed. If you read the previous email, I gave you the Amazon order number and my first and last name. Amazon order# ............. Also, the neo doesn't stay connected to the app because I turn it off after each measurement and turn off the Bluetooth on my phone to the device. This is a battery issue, I would charge it, and when I turn it on to take a measurement the battery symbol comes on, and flashes. It no longer holds a charge. I'm over it, this is just adding to my frustration. As I stated in my initial email, that you may or may not have read fully, you only can truly evaluate the quality of a company, not when things are fine, but the service they provide when a problem arises. I gave you an opportunity to resolve the issue, and your response has woefully miss the mark. I do not wish to spend any more time on this, I will take the loss, and choose another blood pressure monitor instead.There are many different options to choose from, what sets one apart from the others, is the confidence in knowing that the customer will be taken care of when there is an issue. Ihealth has missed the mark in my case. It was disappointing that the blood pressure monitor failed after just a few months, when the manual says that the service life is around 3000 readings! But this was not a deal breaker, maybe I got a bad device, that happens. I cannot recommend this ihealth product because of my experience with customer service.

I love this monitor: compact, no hoses, consistent readings, rechargeable battery, with a great phone app for recording and analyzing results over time. Correlates well with my doctors’ BP meters. I use the automatic triple-check daily. The only downside (one star penalty) is that it requires the old mini-USB for charging, so I need to keep one funky cable on hand at my charging station and when traveling. Charge lasts about a week. If they make one with USB-C I’ll recommend more strongly to friends.

This machine is great! It’s easy to use, portable in its own little zip up pouch, and rechargeable! No more making unexpected trips to the store to buy batteries. Just plug it in and let it recharge! The digital read out is very easy to see. I’m glad I made this purchase!

Apparently, I'm at the age where I'm excited about a blood pressure monitor; sigh. But seriously, this thing is great. I've had high blood pressure at doctor visits for the last year or two. Not enough for them to give me medication, but enough to bring it to my attention. I bought this to be proactive and to try to identify patterns about when it's high and why, and also so I can monitor it as I make lifestyle changes to try to lower it. I almost bought the other iHealth model that has the separate base because I liked the screen, but I ultimately decided on this one, primarily because I loathe disposable batteries and I liked that this model is rechargeable. I'm really glad I chose this one, it's so convenient and portable! I didn't think I'd care about that since I use it mostly at home, but it's super compact and easy to keep anywhere without having some bulky contraption hanging around to look obnoxious. I chose the iHealth brand because I liked the idea of the app. You can use the app on your phone but it also automatically uploads to their cloud interface so you can sign on from a PC to view charts, etc. I will say the charts are less than ideal and could be better, but they're okay. You can email them to yourself or others (like a doctor) via PDF and other formats, which is nice. The thing I like most about the app is having the start button on the phone. I like that I can start it that way instead of using the button on the unit so that I can sit quietly for a moment before I begin without reaching over to press the button. It's a minor detail, but handy. You can also skip the app entirely if you prefer and the unit works without it. Setup was extremely easy. I find it to be accurate, at least as far as I can tell. My very first reading was almost identical to the reading my doctor got only 4 days earlier. It connects to Bluetooth automatically as soon as I open the app, and it also automatically uploads each reading to the cloud interface. It even shuts itself off and disconnects when I'm done so I do nothing except hit the start button, it couldn't be easier. I like this so much that I came back to Amazon and ordered an iHealth scale as well, so I can monitor my weight loss, which is one of the lifestyle changes I'm making to lower my blood pressure. That will upload to the same interface so I can see everything in one place. I feel more in charge of my health with these units and I really like the ability to track my progress in the app.
