  • Accurate and Easy to Use
Color: 7 Series Size: 1 Count (Pack of 1)
This blood pressure is great! It has settings for 2 users, Bluetooth enabled so it sends the readings to your phone, it works just like the one at Dr. office. The price available on Amazon was much cheaper than the Omron site. This is one of the brand/model that my Dr. office recommended. It can also generate report in pdf that can be uploaded to my medical portal for my Dr to review. I have been using this for 3 weeks now and cannot find any faults with it. ... show more

  • Fantastic BP Mavhine
Color: 7 Series Size: 1 Count (Pack of 1)
Accurate and easy to use. This model syncs to the app on my phone and has a 2 person feature. I would highly recommend.

  • Updates Are Nice And It Seems Accurate
Color: White Size: 1 Count (Pack of 1)
I have been using the Omron 10 Series BP785N for the last five years or so. Lately, it would occasionally error out and sometimes it would act funny, so I was not sure I could trust the results. The price for this unit was a lot cheaper than the comparable unit I bought in 2018. Plus, the BP7450 includes Bluetooth. So, that was a nice plus. First I tested them side by side, doing a "TruRead" 3 time Average with both units, the Systolic was off by 1 and the Diastolic was exact. So, based on that reading, I feel comfortable using both of them. Since I can still use my old one, I have decided to keep my manual log along with the Bluetooth updates, running my BP in two locations. I have used other cheaper BP monitors that offer Bluetooth and they did not work all that well. I find that the BP7450 does an excellent job with the Omron Connect Android App. It is very simple to use and has fingerprint support. My current procedure is to take my BP, leave the BP Monitor on, open the Omron Connect App, and synchronize it with my phone. (For some reason, Omron forces you to use location services in order to update readings, so I temporarily turn that on, get my reading, and turn it off. I don't like being tracked by Google.) The app shows my goal as being 135/80 while the BP monitor expects you to be below 120/80. My old BP monitor also reads over 135/80 as being high. My BP is never going to be below 120/80 unless I'm reading it after an hour long workout. It can be a bit depressing being told your BP is high every day. I think that should/could be an adjustable setting. But, that is a minor nit. Another plus is that the power plug and the Arm Cuff are interchangeable with my BP785N. The "air plug" is a little different, but I could swap it out if needed. Overall, I think this is a great product. I think it is worth the extra to get an upper cuff unit, and at this price, it is not much more than a wrist cuff unit. ... show more

  • Everything works great except the Bluetooth sync
Color: White Size: 1 Count (Pack of 1)
I have an old reliable Omron 10+ that has served me well for over five years. I have another that is nearly eight years old. When I saw Omron's new product line, I figured I was ready for a replacement, so I purchased a new upper arm and wrist meter. I'm loving this new Omron 10 so far. The dual display is bright and vivid and I really like how it immediately shows the last reading next to the current reading. It makes it easier to track small changes without the need to sort through the history to do so. The buttons and interface are also intuitive and easy to use. The new body design is a welcomed change. The narrow shape requires less space than my previous Omron 10 meter. I included a photo of the new Omron 10 next to my old 10+ to give an idea of the size and shape differences. I usually take my readings at my desk in my home. I typically had to move my keyboard along with other items to clear space for my older Omron meter. Even then, I usually had to turn my old meter sideways for it to fit on the desk. This new design fits on the desk quite easily with minimum space required. I can now just slide my keyboard back a few inches and instantly have enough space for a reading. The meter is powered by either four AA batteries or AC adapter, both included. Buttons are similar to older Omron models with one exception. Instead of a combo date/time/sync button, there is now a dedicated Bluetooth button on the rear. The new Bluetooth button is much more logical and intuitive to use for sync than the old date/time combo button on my older Omron meters. Accuracy is excellent. As always, I immediately compared it against my doctor's meter and accuracy is very impressive. It's even better than my old Omron 10+ which was starting to read a little high likely due to the age of both the meter and cuff. The pump isn't the quietest when inflating but isn't overly loud. The cuff fits my arm easily and comfortably. I can't say enough how much I like the new dual display. If you need to track your readings regularly due to new medications or issues, it really helps with quick comparisons. The Omron app is also new and Bluetooth sync is where the first ding in the armor of this device appears. Apparently, Omron entered into a partnership with Alivecor. The new Omron app not only records blood pressure readings but also records EKG readings from Alivecor devices. I have a Kardia EKG device, so it's very convenient to have both my blood pressure and EKG readings in one app. The only problem is that Bluetooth performance and sync are shaky at best with this new Omron 10. I've never had any problems syncing to the old app with my old Omron 10+ upper arm meter. However, I experience frequent issues syncing this Omron 10 and my new Omron 7 meter to the new app. I frequently either get an error message along with a failed sync or a message incorrectly stating there are no new readings. When the meter does manage to sync it sometimes misses readings or will record new readings despite warning that there are no new readings. Since it happens with both new Omron meters, I believe the app is the culprit. I removed a star solely for the flaky sync because it's a major feature of this particular model and contributes to the higher price. I'm hoping it will eventually be resolved through app updates. I really like this new Omron 10. If not for the unreliable sync it would easily be a five star review. It's highly accurate, easy to use and very useful for tracking trends. The spotty sync may be a deal-breaker for some but I'm willing to wait it out a bit and see if it gets addressed without the need to exchange for a new device. I'm willing to extend the benefit of the doubt and be patient due to this being a brand new model but only for so long. ... show more

  • Very good blood pressure monitor
Color: 7 Series Size: 1 Count (Pack of 1)
Works good. I use it without the app because personally I find it hard to connect it to the app. Other than that monitor itself is really good and gives accurate reading.

  • Makes a log in the app you can show your Doctor. No having to keep notes.($10 a mo. for that part.)
Color: 7 Series Size: 1 Count (Pack of 1)
Costs a bit more but there are things that make it worth it at least to me. Cuff has a semi-rigid part you just stick your arm in and just push it up in place on your upper arm and then close the velcro flap. Little lose is no issue it will work fine. Chose this one for two reasons. The app for your phone collects the reading the Bad news is to get it you need to buy a subscription for $10 a month to see it all and print it out. What it will give you for free is useless. Worth it to me but seems a bit high priced for what I am getting. Same brand as on the wall at my Doctors office so I am willing to say it's accurate. ... show more
