The media could not be loaded. The first thing I noticed about this cuff is that the velcro strip is as long as the cuff itself. Not a bad thing just confusing at first. In addition, most cuffs have a place were the nanometer can be attached this one does not. Again not a deal breaker but I prefer the to have one. No problems with inflating or deflating. My fiancée is a nurse and these things daily. Says it's great but a bit smaller than what's she's used to. Nothing major here and used it on all of us without issues. Accuracy is there but I have no idea how that works. It's a great value and of course she loves the pink.
