As a registered nurse, I have used many different BP machines in clinical settings. This is the first home machine and I couldn't wait to write a sterling review. First, if you plug it in and use it at your computer, you don't need batteries AND it is about the right height for your arm to rest on the table. Second, the cuff is designed so that the instructions, printed on the cuff itself, (!) are right side up if you correctly positioned the cuff. If you look at your BPcuff wrapped on your arm, and the words are upside down, you have it on wrong. The air tube goes right above the crook of your elbow. It is VERY COMFORTABLE, does not over-inflate or under-inflate. And it comes in a soft, elegant drawstring pouch. Easy to operate, easy to read. What's not to love?! Also, came super fast. !

This has a nice large display that is easy to read. It also works to take a reading much faster than my old machine. It seems fairly accurate, too. The 7 times average feature is a great way to get a picture of your average pressures over time too. The cuff is large and comfortable and hasn’t pinched me yet. I like this one much better than my old one.

My current blood pressure monitor was providing inconsistent readings, so I went on Amazon and selected the AILE product based on the highly positive reviews. I made a good choice. The key benefits are: portability (my current monitor requires that it be plugged in to an outlet), ease of use (simple button sequences), design/materials (surprised at the compact size and comfort of the cuff) and voice response (unique, useful and essential for those who may be visually impaired). Overall, an excellent choice.

First time buying one of these. The markings on cuff may not match you so disregard the foreign written instructions. Just pay attention to placement, location of cuff on upper arm. Posture, and it works fine. I got caught up in markings on the cuff and it never fit right until I watched YouTube videos and realized those size locators don’t matter.

I bought this blood pressure monitor as a part of my New Year's resolution to get healthier. The fact that it is 2 person is really nice, since we won't mix up our readings. The unit will remember up to 99 of each your readings, with a date and time stamp. Once you take the reading, there is a voice readout as well. The monitor operates on a USB cord which is included, or can be operated with 4 AAA batteries (not included). A very easy to read monitor has crystal clear sharpness and shows your pulse heart rate, diastolic and systolic readings, as well as date and time. Date and time need to be set up, but I did that in about three minutes time. I definitely recommend this blood pressure monitor for home use. The 5 year customer support is also a big plus.

My mother takes her blood pressure every day and we always have trouble with the wrist reader. This one is more traditional with a cuff and works great! We really love that it reads her the result since she can no longer see the display. Also comes with a nice carrying case for storage. Very happy with this purchase.
