I am impressed by this. I've only had it a week so far. I bought it for two purposes: a nice place for me and my doxie to lay on in front of the fire during the winter before bed, and if I ever have a guest, they can use it for a sleep over bed (I only have one bedroom). It is VERY FIRM, which at first wasn't sure how it would be, but it is very comfortable. I haven't used it as a chair yet, but did set it up to test it out, and I think it would work well for that too. I'm not sure how the cup holder would work for a glass, as it's only big enough for a very small glass, but it works well to stuff my cell phone down into it. It's very well made, has no smell at all - the material is nice, but not quite as thick of a courduroy as I was hoping. Not sure how well the material will hold up to the years. This little couch is very cute and comfortable to sit on. The seats are firm but not in a bad way. It’s the perfect size for my office. The color is spot on. It’s a bit low to the ground but not too low. And the bottom piece pulls out to become a little bed. It came vacuum packed so I was surprised to see how quickly it took shape. After fighting plastic to find it was excited to use it it's shorter then expected it's laughable I'm 4'8 and after set up I went to sit on it went to sit and realized it was well below my knees they immediately went to my chest when I sat my senior cat loves it he's actually able to climb on it instead of being lifted up my kid loves it so it will stay now just have to rearrange and warn the normal size people in my life like hey it's comfy but go slow when you sit ... show more

The material is good, the quality is great, but the side is great for toddlers or for dogs, my sofa was not even a foot tallfrom the floor to the seating. And the way it was packed I had the hardest time figuring out how to pack it and send it back. Called customer service and they decided to let UPS deal with it, which I'm pretty sure they won't. Ok my stars may not have been so high if it was for me buuuuuuttt. I have a Senior Great Dane and finding an affordable Great Dane bed that is not astronomical in price is hard!!! This checked all of the blocks. I can’t lie, when I took it out of the plastic my hopes and dreams shattered, but after “floofing” it and pulling it in every direction I could, this thing seems well worth the money! It is firm and soft at the same time! She already loves it. I haven’t even put the other part under it (I may just save it for when this wears out! I hope they keep selling these because as long as I own Danes, this is the one and only couch, aka dog bed I will be buying! ... show more

Pretty sure the zippers are mismeasured, because the rests don't line up on both the side and the back... the zipper heads fall off and dont stay zipped which is really cheap its decently comfortable though i guess
