I am updating my initial review of Amazon resolving the issue of defected foam on one side for back of pillows. You can use the sofa with out them if it's going again a wall, but when you pay for something you should get it without defects in parts. It took a couple of attempts, as well as reaching out to COMAX, who I'm still waiting for a response from. After reaching out to Amazon again, and letting them know all the steps I have taken to get either a fair refund or replacement part from COMAX, The 3rd Amazon representative in the appropriate department was able to resolve the problem in my behalf. Turns out it has another defect. The zipper on one of the pillows that is used to attach to the sofa is not positioned properly,so when it's zipped in it won't sit flat on the sofa the way it's supposed to. As for everything else I am pleased with the look, size, and comfort. It does sit low to the ground, which there are easy ways to DYI. ... show more

It’s cute and comfy would have given 5 stars but it has a OVERWHELMING chemical smell that is not subsiding even with fabric sprays and disinfectants. I’ve had it for 24 hrs now inflating in my bedroom and my entire rooms reeks of this chemical smell now, I may actually my return because of how strong and nauseating it is making me. ... show more

Ok my stars may not have been so high if it was for me buuuuuuttt. I have a Senior Great Dane and finding an affordable Great Dane bed that is not astronomical in price is hard!!! This checked all of the blocks. I can’t lie, when I took it out of the plastic my hopes and dreams shattered, but after “floofing” it and pulling it in every direction I could, this thing seems well worth the money! It is firm and soft at the same time! She already loves it. I haven’t even put the other part under it (I may just save it for when this wears out! I hope they keep selling these because as long as I own Danes, this is the one and only couch, aka dog bed I will be buying! ... show more

After fighting plastic to find it was excited to use it it's shorter then expected it's laughable I'm 4'8 and after set up I went to sit on it went to sit and realized it was well below my knees they immediately went to my chest when I sat my senior cat loves it he's actually able to climb on it instead of being lifted up my kid loves it so it will stay now just have to rearrange and warn the normal size people in my life like hey it's comfy but go slow when you sit ... show more
