I ordered the pink and it is lovely. The fabric is very soft and comfortable to sit or lay on, but firm enough to hold it’s shape when in sofa mode. I followed the included instructions and let it sit in the room after opening it for 72 hours. It’s winter time in Colorado so the upstairs in my house is not as warm as it normally would be. The corners did not fully fluff up. The instructions said to take it out of its case and use a blow dryer to loosen up the foam. It did take a little bit of time, but the blow dryer did the trick. For the upper pillows I used a blow dryer, and because it is chopped foam, I just used my hands from the outside to loosen up all of the firm spots and they fluffed up beautifully as well. I’m very pleased. I do plan to build a an extendable base to lift the bed about 12 inches from the floor. The size is perfect. It looks great. It’s thick enough to be very comfortable but easy to move. I am using this in a guest room. ... show more

This review is going to be a little complex, but I will explain. We purchased this couch. It had a flaw there are like these type of very decent Valgro pieces that leave the arm secure to the couch. We had a defect a side of our couch did not have that. So we called Amazon we went through the process and minding this complaint as for the third-party center as well as Amazon. They said don’t worry someone will come pick up your couch and then you can re-order a new one. Simple right? Except you wait 30 days for another couch just to tell them that oh I’m sorry it’s taking too long cause you want it sooner we can refund you the money and then you can get the couch still and keep it. They refunded it though it went back to a firm so you know that was fine. Essentially, it would’ve been free. They canceled the couch that day. So before you ever have to do the recording process asked for a refund let them pick up the couch and just re-order the couch. And get it as Amazon credits. Just from personal experience now. Back to the couch, it is nice and firm. It does have a decent material and the ease of assembly is ridiculously easy. We enjoyed the cushioning thickness as well. We did we order the couch and I will make another more decent review for that couch. If you’re gonna send us through the hassle, just giving us a free couch giving us our money back just send another couch. The process was ridiculous. ... show more

I had got this couch for my 10 year old son to put in his room we are not done his room yet but it’s coming a long and this was a good purchase just for him. It fits in his room. Nice is small just for him and when he have company, they can sleep on that sofa that turns into a bit I love it.

We are loving this couch for our shed. Very comfortable, we love the arm rest with cup holders. It’s soft and has been easy to clean off. When it folds out it’s long enough for my partner who is a little over 6 foot to lay in. Only downside for me is when you unfold it , it’s very low. I like how high it sits up as a couch. Ships conviently in a small box. Once you open the package and give it a few seconds to bounce into it's shape, you have a super comfortable cute couch - just as pictured. It's low enough to the ground for my senior dog to get on and off it with ease. I bought it when he was lo longer enjoy our regular couch - now he has one himself! Still holding up without tears one year later. They did send me the wrong colors and Amazon gave me a substantial refund. I wanted 2 blue and got 1black and 1 light grey. My teens use these heavily and so far, they hold up nicely. Still keeping its shape. Doesnt take stains easily either. Worth it! Just make sure you do allow it to fully expand before sitting on it or youll end up with a flatter than normal couch. One of my boys opened his and cut the vacuum seal and set it up and sat on it before i could see it and send it back for wrong color, and it ended up slightly less cushiony than the other one, but thats user error. OK, 4 stars instead of 5 because my husband hated this couch. He's 6'+ and he did not fit at all. I'm short so it worked for me and I actually liked it a lot. Held it's shape and firmness, no pulls or damage in the fabric. If you are a big person, be warned the size and height is rather small. It's now in my office and I'm going to use it for reading. Would also be great for kids and pets, maybe not so much for adults. More like play room furniture. Note: The arms have no way to attach them to the couch - this suprised us. ... show more
