  • Soft & comfortable
Size: Medium Color: Spring Blue
This is my third Columbia fleece jacket. All are 100% polyester They are very soft initial but over the years and through washings start to have a rougher feel. They remain warm. If you enlarge the pics I posted, you can see how smooth the newest one is (black label) compared to the others. I wear them as an outer layer indoors in the winter as we keep the temp a bit cool to save money. For outdoors, I often add just a windbreaker to keep the warmth in. I love the zippered pockets and the collar that can be flipped up for neck warmth. I don’t like the brand logo. The black label is my recent buy. They use this black one for all the jackets. Cheaper to use the same one. It’s probably better than the white label on the jacket I bought in Jan 2021. It’s gotten a bit dirty looking around the edges. My favorite is the oldest version that actually has the brand name embroidered. Very classy looking. Can’t remember when I got that first one. It’s still comfortable & warm and not threadbare. I won’t take off a star for the ugly label. I’ve read some complaints about it being boxy looking but I disagree. There are seams along the front and I like the look. The raglan sleeves provide a nice fit for various shoulder widths. Overall, great fleece jacket. ... show more

  • Soft, warm & comfortable
Size: Medium Petite Color: Columbia Navy
This jacket normally goes for $66 and I got one when it was on sale for $30. The quality is great, material is soft & comfortable and would be great to have ready for winter. The zippers open & close smoothly and it fits well. Love it and might get another one in a different color when they are on sale again 👍 ... show more

  • Great coat
Size: X-Large Color: Fuchsia
Well made, fits perfectly on me, it’s not to heavy but warm enough for me most times here in the Puget Sound. I have another similar in a different color that I’ve had for about 6 years and has held up over time. I’ve been buying Columbia jackets for close to 20 years now and usually love there products. ... show more

  • Warm, comfortable and attractive
Size: Large Color: Cirrus Grey Heather
I bought this as an extra layer for warmth under my Columbia rain jacket for an Alaskan cruise. This piece was so comfy, I wore it every day, on and off the ship. The sleeves are long enough for me, which is unusual. I liked the zippered pockets too.

  • Nice for the Price
Size: 1X Color: Stone Green
I wouldn't say that this jacket is sufficient for cold winter days. For fall and spring it would fit the bill. It's true to size except the sleeves are a bit long (in my case). I like the zippered deep outer pockets. There are also inner pockets. The closure zipper itself is sturdy and easy to use. The garment is soft, attractive and well made. Not only do I like the jacket for transitional weather, but it also provides lightweight warmth when I feel a bit chilly indoors. Price varies by color selection so keep that in mind. ... show more

  • Pretty & Practical
Size: X-Small Color: Stone Green
I wanted to do a review for others with what might be called a "wiry build" , since I didn't many reviews from someone similar to my body size. I'm 5'7', 115pds, 34x24x34, lean athletic build, bought Stone Green & Columbia Navy in an XS. The sizing on these jackets is very generous, to me it fits 1 to even 1.5 sizes too big, but the cut makes it fit nicely. It's not fitted anywhere, but is a nice relaxed shape that doesn't "balloon out" from the body, and the drawstring at the bottom hem allows you to cinch it in as much as you'd like. In my photo, the bottom is cinched in ~2", without this it flares noticeably outward & away from my lower body. The length of the jacket is perfect for me, hits slightly high but still hip level, and sleeves are long enough to reach past my wrist bone as I type this review. Nothing rides up or shows anything when I raise my hands above my head. The colors are really lovely, but they aren't what I would call vibrant or saturated- they look more or less as they do on the screen, there is a certain flatness. That being said, the Stone Green surprised me, it's a really gorgeous silvery sage green that I LOVE, not dead drab green as I was worried it might be. The Columbia Blue is as others have described, it's not a true navy, but more a medium slightly washed out denim blue with the slightest bit of green to it. Definitely not navy, but not teal either. The pictures listed for the color are most accurately represented in the photos of the plus size model, IMO. Being familiar with this brand, I knew this. BUT if you're looking for traditional navy, go with Dark Nocturnal instead. Fabric is medium thickness, somewhat stiff, no stretch, blocks wind well. There is some drape in these jackets but not much; it's very reminiscent of the polar fleece from the 80's & 90's- not built to look luxe like an Osito jacket, but will handle wear and tear beautifully (while standing away from your body a bit due to stiffness). It's warm, but I don't think it would hold up alone in much less than 40 degrees Fahrenheit, or if you were in extremely "wet cold" conditions. Overall, it is a wonderful option if you just need a reliable fleece that holds up well to wear, has some nice color options, & won't break your heart if it gets ruined doing outdoor activities or playing with kids, etc. Really can't find a better option at this price, so if you're on the fence, I would say buy it. Just size down!!! ... show more

  • Nice jacket
Size: X-Large Color: Black
We are traveling to South Dakota in late May. Weather is unpredictable at that time. I wanted a nice looking jacket that will layer well over jeans or leggings. This jacket is perfect. I have one other Columbia jacket that is similar & was gifted to me - is a XXL Men's size. I love the Columbia quality and I love that jacket. Just too big to look very feminine. I am 5'3" & about 165 right now. I ordered XL Women's size and it's perfect for layering. It falls at my hips which is good for hiking or riding in the car. It has nice princess style seams on the back and 2 nice zipper pockets which is perfect for carrying my phone and my wallet. ****The color is NOT a deep black. It has a very dark charcoal hew to it.**** But I'm ok with that since the quality of the jacket trumps the color. I originally wanted the pink one but it's no longer available. The black is versatile and will go with everything I wear. It's a good choice & worth the $. ... show more
