The package arrived all beat up at my door. The fireplace heater insert works great The entertainment center though parts were damaged upon arrival. The box it came in could not be saved as it was all chewed up making returning it difficult. Putting it together was a bit of a challenge for me and required tools that it didn't come with to put it together. I just moved into an apartment and didn't have the tools to put it together so it made putting it together a challenge. I am not sure that I would purchase this product in the future. As a single 24 year old 5’4 female i somehow got this packet up 2 flights of stairs by myself. Easily over 100lbs so definitely recommend having a 2nd helper put this together- it it wasn’t for my friend i honestly would have had a lot harder of a time doing it. The directions aren’t the best but common sense can help fill the flaws on the flow of the packet. Happy with my purchase serves the purpose i need it for and puts out very strong heat power for when using it for warmth. Love my new stand!!!! It is made out of a similar to IKEA cheap wood material but i don’t have much use for it besides to hold my tv and books. If you are wanting it to hold more heavy material i would suggest a higher quality grade of this kind of fireplace. ... show more

Everything is beautiful, assemble does need two people,but not difficult at all. The only problem is the fireplace has a serous dent in it. Heats up well. Georgios all in all. But if I ask for a replacement I will have to take it apart....I pass on that. If there is any change, I will update it.

It took a few hours to build. The instructions use pictures and not words. It wasn’t too complicated but beware, the little silver screws do strip very easily and I was left with a few that aren’t tight. You can run the fire without any heat. The heat output isn’t great, you can feel it if you are up close, but we haven’t found that it makes any difference in the temperature in the room. If you want something for the heat, this is not it. ***** Edit After using this for a while we have found that leaving it on for several hours does make the overall room warmer by about 1-2 degrees ... show more
