I purchased this product to help make my job easier when pressing different items. I love how easy it is to use and the even heat distribution. After using it for a few months I ended up having a problem with it overheating. I contacted customer support, and they were friendly and quick to solve my problem. It was great until it completely stopped heating after 6 months of use. It will now not heat past 116 degrees. I’ve tried to reset the heat press; however, the button to do this is very loose. It seems as though it’s just something to press than does nothing! It’s really frustrating. Another concern I have is the whole press lifts up, when trying to lift the press. The top plate is extremely wobbly. It’s highly frustrating! Save your money and buy the expensive one.

Good customer service & this press worked. Also, don’t toss the manual aside, it has some good temperature suggestions in it. Be careful and keep an eye on this thing because it gets extra extra hot at times especially when you use higher temps. Be careful not to burn your garments too! Use the user manual temperature guide!

If you’re looking to buy your first heat press for a great price, this is it! I’ve had it for a while now, and it does exactly what it’s meant to do. It works great! My default temperature settings were set to fahrenheit when I first used it, which is what I wanted. Just a little thing to look out for, the Celsius/Fahrenheit light indicators look like they are both on, but only because the light indicator is kind of bright. If you notice, one of them is a little brighter than the other, so you know that’s the unit of temperature you’re on. It’s also very easy to use! Plug it in, switch the power on, set your temperature to whatever temperature you want, and push the temp button down again for 2 seconds to save the temperature. You do the same thing to set the time, it’s located right under the temperature buttons. And then you just wait until the heat press gets to the temperature you set it at. You’ll see the numbers go up little by little, and then it will automatically stop at your temperature. And then it is good to go. It’s that simple!

The media could not be loaded. Press is build fine, heats well but has a huge design flaw. The clamp shell does not open enough to allow for hoodies or thicker items. The items end up tucked under some wires that are super hot and they scorch the garment. The wire is wrapped in heat tape, but heats up to the point where there’s burn marks on them with only 1 day of use. Good for hobby only use or for small items.

The heat press machine worked AMAZINGLY WELL right out of the box. Very easy to use. There was a slight issue with the heating temperature a couple of months after. BUT, I reached out to the manufacturer and they sent me a brand new one in NO TIME. Great seller to buyer communication. I would give them 100 stars if I could. They really stand behind their product. 👌
