I have bought many pairs for work and at home activities. I recommend these to anyone on their feet all day! These are well worth the money! Comfort and Support- One of the most significant advantages of the ASICs Gel-Kayano 30 shoes is their exceptional comfort and support. Coming off of back surgery, I've often struggled with joint pain due to the high-impact nature of my job, which includes running, jumping, and demonstrating various physical activities to my students. However, since I started wearing the Gel-Kayano 30 model, I’ve noticed a marked improvement in how my joints feel. The shoes offer ample cushioning through their Gel technology, which effectively absorbs shock during physical activity. These shoes are absolutely amazing. They are true to its size and easy to clean they don’t get dirty. They are very soft and fully supports feet arch. It’s great for walking and running.

Excellent running shoes that provide great cushion and foot support. They have been very durable thus far, no shin splints and no plantar issues with these shoes. Not very stylish for anything outside of running, but these are great shoes for runners. Only drawback is the lining at the big toe has a tendency to start ripping and eventually a hole in that area of your shoe.
