Works great for next gen series s and x controllers. Tried to use usb c adapter from last gen. xbox controller strike pack but strike pack and controller did not work so i was happy to see the next gen packs come out. I just use for the extra buttons. very easy to program. do not have any issues on any triple A title and FPS games with “illegal” or “non supported hardware” If you use the features like anti recoil and whatever else you may run into issues or bans. Great price and the packs last a long time. Cheapest “ghetto boy elite” set up that works great! will definitely buy again when time comes

Literally waste of money, it fails to do any task it claims to do. It is also not even possible to set uo with how horrible the system runs, and you can not access certain modes even though you press the correct buttons. After downloading any software necessary it does not change anything and also reverts back to old softwares without even doing anything making me having to redownload the software AGAIN for it to do absolutely nothing. The website they have offers 0 help and there is no videos online that assist at all rendering this $40 piece of flimsy plastic useless. Do not waste your money on it.

So I love Collective Minds accessories. In the past I've used the Xbox 1 Dominator and the PS4 chat pad. Both worked well for what I used them for. The strike packs are an affordable alternative if you cant get your hands on a custom/pro controller and want to game. I gave 4 stars on the Eliminator only because the setup was very difficult to get around. My back buttons weren't working at all at first and was trying to troubleshoot as to why. Here are the 2 solutions I found. 1) Be sure to shut off your PC's Bluetooth upon first connection. Probably a no brainer for some but the detection can be interefered with since the strike pack wants to register everything through the cable ( as intended ). Also check the Xbox accesories app to see if your controller is connected aswell as this can affect it. 2) And this is the important part, MAKE SURE TO UPDATE THE STRIKE PACKS FIRMWARE!!! You can do this via downloading the "Mod Central" software from the Collective minds site. Updating was very simple once I got everything ready, and when updating make sure to only have the strike pack plugged in and connected to your PC ( obviously ) because again the pack cant be detected if its attached with your controller. I use the eliminate mainly for Halo and after mapping my buttons it works perfectly. This version is very ergonomic compared to the Dominator and seems far more durable besides. I had one of the back paddles break of my old one so the Elimator is a nice change. The universal version of the Elimator is a very nice touch aswell allowing you to swap it between a newer Xbox series X/S controller to an older Xbox 1 controller.

I got this to see if it could help me get a little faster at Fortnite, and I feel it has. I don't know about the "mods" you can use with it. I only use it for the additional buttons on the bottom of the controller. The are easy to program. I saw some complaints about its easy to accidentally remap the buttons while playing, but I've done it maybe twice in the 2 months I've had it. Bottom line, if you have got to the point that you are reading reviews, go ahead and buy it!

The main problem I have with it is that you can map a button then lock it to that button

Had an unfortunate accident and was stuck at home awhile unable to play Xbox with the down time. Could only use my left thumb. Looked into fancy handicap controllers but this ended up working perfectly. After a big learning curve I am right back to the level I was before. 5/5 although I wish I had noticed it had to stay wired but at $100+ more affordable then the alternative I’m happy. (Sorry for the pic but Im hoping to help anyone else in my position) 🤙🏻

I don't like the company as they own Zen adapter which people use to cheat in pvp games. Besides that I got this because the mappable buttons and to save $160 from not buying an elite controller. Now I use some mods from the device but only in Pve games. I been gaming for 21 years and should be obvious that im a legit player. This fits Xbox one controllers plus the new series x as this is the universal one.
