I've messed with it alot so pressing down on dpad and wait for green lights to flash and then press menu button (three lines) while green lights flash. does a master reset just in case everything will be okay but it unequips all selected options

Had an unfortunate accident and was stuck at home awhile unable to play Xbox with the down time. Could only use my left thumb. Looked into fancy handicap controllers but this ended up working perfectly. After a big learning curve I am right back to the level I was before. 5/5 although I wish I had noticed it had to stay wired but at $100+ more affordable then the alternative I’m happy. This was for warzone 2.0. Right off the back it’s very well designed fits comfortably and the buttons all work as intended. Nice to be able to reprogram them so easily on the fly. Only reason I took one star off is a lot of the preset mods that come with this are useless and outdated. To top that off they expect you to buy some subscription should you want to modify what mods are being used. Recoil assist is really the only mod I’ve gotten working which is sad because was really hoping more so for the drop shot mod. So if you want this for the paddles and ability to have recoil assist well it’s a nice piece for the price. ... show more

THE WIRE connection from pack to controller is not the best at staying in or keeping stress on plug port down
