I thought this item would be an easy install but its not. For some strange reason i thought the bottom bed frame was going to come already assembled but nope! you have to assemble everything!! good thing instructions are self explanatory but you do need to pay attention to detail with this one.. also seems kinda flimsy but held up ok when i layed on it. Could use a better support system though. The only fun part was the led lights! Makes ur space look cool! Wish there wasn't alot of assembly involved if not i would of gave it 5 stars!

Great product! Only issue is one of the prices was drilled wrong from the factory and I couldn't finish assembly. UPDATE: Manufacturer sent appropriate part to finish assembly! Very quick response time to issue. Highly recommend!

This bed is pretty horrible. Missing trundle, main bar completely detached from itself and bed falling down right after putting together as well as 2 center bars falling. Also lots of creaking. Definitely spend the money on a reperable furniture seller not at Amazon.

It would have been much easier to assemble if it included directions and a packing slip. We had to look at the picture to decide where everything should go. Texts to dealer weren’t answered. However, several texts before purchase were answered quickly.

Had this bed for about 2 weeks and the frame broke. My daughter, who weighs 115, went to sit on her bed and it broke. It was super squeaky. The bolts kept coming loose. Daily we had to tighten them. The bed broke before I could write and complain about how cheaply made it is. Do not buy!!

I am extremely disappointed with the bed frame I purchased. The product arrived with holes that did not align with the provided bolts, making assembly impossible. Additionally, there were not enough bolts included in the package. Despite my efforts to rectify the situation by purchasing replacement bolts from a hardware store, the bed frame is now structurally unstable and unsafe to use. This experience has been frustrating and time-consuming. I would not recommend this product to anyone.
