Took this tent for a weekend camping trip, which was also my kid's first camping trip and they loved it. -Lots of space inside. - I fit a queen size air bed along with a comfort cot from REI inside and still had lots of space for a family of 4. - Good amount of headroom when standing. I did not experience any bad weather so I am not able to comment on the durability but ventilation was good. - It did not feel stuffy or humid inside. - It took me about 20-30 mins to figure out how to put it together the first time and about 15-20 mins to take down, fold up, and put back in the bag. I do like how the poles are already attached and its basically "plug and play" scenario so if there was 2 people putting it up, I can see it being a 10 min or less setup and take down. The only con I would say is that the clips that hold onto the poles felt like they can break easily. I mean, nothing that a zip tie can't fix but still... Other than that, so far, the tent is great, it was comfortable, and easy. Highly recommended. ... show more

The tent is easy to set up and spacious. It has a nice number of storage pockets inside. It only has 2 windows with the other sides being mesh that is covered by the rain fly. I wish they had windows on each side despite the rainfly to keep warmth in overnight. Also, even with the "expandable" carry bag which is permanently activated by removing a strip of plastic after purchase it is very hard to fit the tent in the carry bag. Our prior tents could accommodate extra stakes and a mallet in the carry bag, not this one. We have to really press the tent to make it fit in bag. There is no extra room. ... show more

We set the tent up to camp on the top of a mountain in Kentucky. That night we experienced 56 mile an hour winds and the tent held up beautifully. It would definitely recommend this tent

The media could not be loaded. We use a tent to protect our outdoor furniture during the winter. Yesterday (2/4/24) we had a winter storm with winds up to 65mph and 4.5” of rain in 24 hours and it made it!! When I checked the inside of the tent this morning, it was DRY!!!!

Nice big tent. Plenty of room and easy to set up/take down. I believe Coleman makes a great product, however, the issue I've had with EVERY Coleman tent is their storage bag. You'd think they could make them slightly larger to make it easier to pack it back up. It's incredibly difficult and usually takes a couple tries to get it to fit. I'll be looking for a new storage bag. They have a little spot on the bottom to tear off and make bigger but that doesn't work well - the design of the "extended space" is extremely poor. Also of nite, one end if the poles is reattached to the tent. While this was convenient thus far, I hope it is Sturdy enough to stay this way. If they rip/detach, there will be no way to set up the tent. ... show more

The first time we used this tent, we endured a huge Michigan-lakeshore-summer thunderstorm. Everyone else in the campground, even those in campers, left in their vehicles to sleep somewhere else for the night. We decided to tough it out, and even though it thundered all night and we barely slept, the tent was dry and nothing happened to it. We were the only tent still standing in the morning. I purchased the tent because of its size and brand name. However, in the description, it did say it was 20ft long but it is actually 16ft by 9ft. But once we set it up, we realized we still had enough room. The material is really durable, I bought a tent from someplace else a week before purchasing this tent and I could tell the difference. I also like how large the doors are! We put a queen air mattress, a kid size cot, and a bassinet in the tent along with duffle bags, bag of food, baby items, kid books, and a car seat with PLENTY of room to move around. I recommend it to any one looking for a durable tent, with plenty of room, and with good cover when using the rain fly. ... show more
