I actually tried this jacket on in a major dept store and bought it on the spot. That's how much I loved it. I'm 5' 2", 119 lbs, and the XS fit me perfectly with a couple of thin layers underneath. This jacket is warm without making you look like the Michelin man. It also hit mid-thigh on me, which is exactly what I was looking for. I also like the faux fur collar and faux leather lining; they give the jacket nice detailing without being over the top. Zipper operates smoothly and the button closure over the zipper is a nice touch. Agree that the hood is too large to be effective, but I do not intend to wear this jacket when it is raining hard outside (I have a North Face jacket for rain.) The nice design details make this jacket dressier than a North Face or other outdoorsy jacket, but not so fancy that you can't wear it everyday. Again, exactly the look I was looking for. Nevertheless, I ended up returning the jacket as I thought it might go on sale. Well, a pop up ad comes up on my screen for this jacket on Amazon. I had no idea Amazon would carry something like this. When I clicked on the link, the pricing on this jacket seemed too good to be true, so I bought it. Even though I have prime, I selected standard shipping, but it still delivered in two days. You cannot beat Amazon for the price and service!!! Jacket arrived in perfect new condition and fits just as nicely as the first one I tried on in the store. I'm a very happy customer!!!

I really like this jacket. It’s warm, feels and looks well-made, fashionable, and you can hide the hood if you like. However it runs small at the chest/shoulder area. I’m 38 in bras and the medium is the little tight in that area. Everywhere else is fine- it even gives a very nice waist. I think a large would’ve looked to big so I kept the medium. Just something to keep in mind.

Nice value in this jacket, which adds a touch of style to the typical puffer coat. With a sweater or fleece, it stands up to subfreezing temperatures nicely. The zipper sticks a bit, but it's getting better with use. The faux leather trim looks and feels natural. The pockets are deep and useful. I do wish it came with a warm hood, but the hood that hides away in the high collar is perfect if you get caught in precipitation without a hat or need a windbreaker. Color was true to my computer display.

I have been watching this coat for a month deciding whether or not I will like it bc I don't normally wear this style in coats. I'm glad I purchased it. It doesn't look cheap at all, I thought it would bc of the reviews, sometimes you just have to take a risk to see for yourself. If it doesn't work you know you can send it back. This coat my dear darlings you will not be sending back. I love this color (forest) and it looks like in the photo. The fur around the collar I feel should look more fluffed, yet it's very soft to touch. The brown zipper and pocket detail is not leather however one would not know unless up close and still there is no real take away from the coat bc it truly looks nice. This is a down filled coat so it does heat up while you're trying it on. I'm a C cup so the chest area is comfortable for me, if you are larger in breast I would say go up in size. The waist (stomach) area has room and it comes to my hip; it has length. My overall impression of this coat is it is great quality and good thought was put in the designing of this coat. Warm and stylish jacket to help me survive teens-degree winter. like the stylish collar design. XS size works for a petite person (5'-0 ,90 lb). my only complain is that the hidden hood is somehow very small, and barely fits the head.
