I decided to give this one a try and this is my last one because I have more than I want. This juicer is big! It comes with such a detailed instructions that’s easy to understand. My husband and I were very pleased, he said putting it together it was pre coupled, so he didn’t have to do much, we used it the first day we bought to make sure it works and so we can see the cleaning process, cleaning process was fast and easy, everything including juicing was 20 mins, I timed it. We juiced grapes and it got everything out. The delivery was fast and timely and they requested a signature to make sure it gets to me, I love that customer service. We have enjoyed buying the different varieties of juices available at the grocery store and recently tried some offerings from the local cold press. I had considered getting a juicer on and off over a long period of time and decided that the slow process would be the way to go. This juicer offers that slow process, spitting out very dry fibrous waste. The construction is sturdy, the motor sounds strong and there is very little vibration on the countertop. We have had great success with apples and pears, even getting our young child to enjoy that combo. We've tried many other fruits and greens as well, which were no challenge for the machine. It even juiced ginger, though I think it would be best to do this last as the fibers began to clog the screen. We haven't had any luck with avocado, it's too thick to fit through the screen and just rolls around in the mashing zone necessitating a messy clean out. Making your own juice is an investment. Good produce is expensive. Set up, juicing and cleanup, while not overly challenging, take much more time than opening the container from the grocery. While we are not juicing every day, we will continue to enjoy experimenting with this machine. I’ve been wanting to get into juicing for a while and this is great! I can make my cold pressed juice in an hour for the week! Some parts are dishwasher safe which helps with clean up. Toss waste from container and enjoy! Different fruits make more waste than others so I worked have a bag ready as you may have to empty it multiple times depending on how much you plan to juice. Can do whole fruits unlike my friends that requires chopping. ... show more

This is my first juicer and WOW! I didn’t think it was this easy. The cleaning is easy because you just detach the top and just clean. The two bowls are also big enough to hold everything that I want to juice at one time. I think the recipe book is great to get started. Everything about this is great. My kids (ages 3-5) love making juices and it's one of my ways for them to get some nutrients! Our old juicer is on its last legs, plus it wasn't a cold press juicer, so I decided it was time to replace it. This thing is legit. It looks very futuristic, albeit it does take up a lot of real estate on the counter. The juicing mechanism is super easy to operate, my kids picked it up in no time. The set up is very different from my previous juicer. The only bummer about this one is that I have to cut the core out of the apples to get rid of the seeds. My last juicer did that for me. It also mentioned it is easy to clean, which it is ... kinda? My previous juicer also had too many bits to clean, which discouraged me from using it as much. I thought this one would have less parts, but it has about the same. Having that said, the old juicer was a bigger pain in the butt to clean, so I'll cut this juicer some slack. My favorite part about this juicer is its noise level, which pales in comparison with the previous juicer which was so loud my kids wore their earmuffs when juicing. Ha! This one still has a powerful motor, so it does make noise, but not as bad. Very pleased with this. We've used this a handful of times and so far, we love it. I grew up in a juicer household using one of those classic, loud Juiceman machines. This thing is a game-changer. I appreciate the different speeds for different fruits/vegetables and also that it’s so much quieter than I expected. I wouldn’t say juicers are usually the easiest things go clean, but this one took me about a minute to take apart and rinse which is pretty great. It’s handled all the hard fruits and veggies I’ve thrown at it including citrus with its peel, so the thing is pretty tough. I’d recommend to anyone else getting into juicing. ... show more

I love this Juicer because, it can consume and juice the whole fruit and/or vegetable without much fruit and/or vegetable left. I have had other juicers that are harder to clean and didn't last very long after just a few uses. I have used this for a while now and it still hasn't stopped working.
