The product seems sturdy, arrived in tact, is quite bright, charged effortlessly. My only issue is that you simply push the tubing in to secure collar. I cut the collar large enough to allow for some growth and puppy was able to knock it off when jumping around. This product is so simple yet so effective. We charged it right after it arrived to ensure it was ready for us to use it at night. The charger/usb cable is included. After it was done charging, we started the cutting process. This was a little complicated for us as my scissors weren’t too shard. I used a combination of scissors and a pocketknife to cut the excess plastic/product. Once you’re satisfied with the length, you pop it right back in.
