These chairs were a bit tricky to assemble but for good reason, once together they looked stunning!! Appearance: The "green" color is more like a mustard yellow with maybe a slight hue of green. The chairs look phenomenal with dark wood tones. The metal bars are thick and solid. The cushion is tufted with 4 buttons on the seat and backing. The chairs are very wide and accommodating. The faux leather fabric has the look and feel of real leather. It is extremely smooth. The arm bars do sit a bit high so make sure to accommodate that if using for a desk or table. Comfort: Very Comfortable. After standing or working, this chair hits all the pressure points needed to be able to relax. It's not soft and cushy but instead, that kind of firm in a good way. With a nearby footrest this makes a good temporary relaxation chair. These are solid and I have no concern of them ever falling apart. If chairs were a tank, it would be these. They are very heavy. Uses: At first glance, definitely a set of office chairs. But honestly these have been perfect in the home and add a hotel vibe by adding seating in the living room. They go well with dark rainbow hues and dark wood colors. They can be used in so many settings. Absolutely love these chairs. Conclusion: These chairs are solid like a tank. Resemble the look, feel and quality of real leather. The color is unique and beautiful. The quality is extremely high. They accommodate almost anyone. These are STURDY, stable, level, and a lot more comfortable than a stack chair. One hint, follow the instructions about leaving things partially tight until the end, then sit in the chair on a level floor and start doing the final tightening on the bolts you can reach while sitting down, then work your way around each chair you've snugged them all, cushions last. While the bases of these chairs are minimalist, similar in form to a stack chair, but are much sturdier/heavier duty, using chromed tubing/pipe instead of wire rod so you feel no flexing when you sit down, its solid and the upholstered padding is firm, yet not hard like a stack chair. Padding on the arms might have been a nice touch for those who lean alot. I would have appreciated a T-Handle hex wrench versus the allen key they provided. ... show more

These are really nice quality chairs. I honestly was in shock! These are going to last! They are heavy too. But really comfortable.
