This chair is a wonderful accent piece. Order arrived sooner than promised. The box is slightly awkward- a large square shaped one. It weighs 54lbs. So you may need some help if you have stairs. The chair and little ottoman arrived wrapped in a large plastic bag. The legs were separately packed ready to be screwed on. Very easy to unbox and set up. There was a very mild smell that quickly wore off- most likely from just sitting in a hot truck. Very easy to put together other than the fact that 1 of the legs was not lined up with the screw holes. There are 4 screws to each leg. One of our legs is only screwed in with 3. :) Fingers crossed. :) The chair looks lovely in our living room. And is easy to move around. We had ordered the gray chair but received a white one. Fortunately we were easily able to adapt it to the rest of our room. The manufacturer was very responsive when I reached out - sent me a long list of items to send: picture of box, order number etc. I am sure they would have tried to make it right. Frankly I didn’t see how we would be able to return and exchange the item without it being a huge hassle. We are happy with our purchase- simple, elegant. Can’t speak to the durability as yet since we have only had it for about a week. :) ... show more

I had been searching for the perfect boucle chair for the past year since we updated our living room. It was the last piece of furniture I wanted to round out my seating area. They were all too tiny, too expensive, etc. When this one came up on my feed during Prime Day I took a chance. I was worried that the back would be too low to be comfortable but the fluffy pillow was not attached and easy to move around to get a good position. First impression: when I opened the box and set it down without the legs.. I legitimately thought it was a kids chair lol It IS small but, once I got the legs on, it was perfect for the space. It's super comfortable and I love that the pillow in the back isn't attached.

Quick and easy to assemble. Back is tall enough to be comfortable for me and I'm 5'9". So soft. Easy to reposition. Looks nice without without the cushion. Would definitely recommend.

I liked the look, the hassock, it was reasonably comfortable in most ways and it was small enough to fit into the room. The picture shows 18” for what I took to Be the seat depth. However with the back cushion in place, it is actually only about 15”. I am 5’8” and the shallow seat depth not only made it uncomfortable but I found there was tendency to want to slide right out of the chair. I am returning it. ... show more

The chair is very comfortable, and I love the ottoman that comes with it. My only concern is the cleaning of it since it’s white and I have a dog. How I have to deal with it because white looks sooo good. It would be better if the seller makes the skin washable or has a compatible cover that I can easily take care of it. This chair felt very small and I’m not even that big. I’m a grown women that weighs around 120lbs. This chair felt like it was made for a kid or either a dorm room. If you’re looking for a small chair for a dorm room then this chair is perfect. It does not feel like a $300 chair. You know the quality of furniture you find at Walmart and Target in the dorm room section every Fall?
