Aesthetic: I don't mind how it looks in person, I think it's beautiful and certainly looks like real leather. When you sit on it, it leaves wrinkles just like a real leather couch. The color is a touch more orange than I thought it would be, but that's fine. Overall, I received exactly what I expected, which I was nervous about since the 3-seater had no reviews when I bought it. Comfort: Not super "sink in" type of comfort, but not super firm either, and after a few days I really like it. The seats have a reasonable amount of bounce, while the back cushions are on the firm side and do support your back as advertised. Personally, I am still deciding if I want a more "sink in" type of couch for TV watching, but as just a sitting-around couch this is perfect. I will say that because the back cushions are firmer and the sitting depth is 21 inches (traditionally 23), the lack of those two inches will be more noticeable when sitting. But it's still enough for both sitting and laying down: I've spent a night on this couch already and was totally comfortable. Arms: The design of the arms *kind of * does the job. They have enough cushioning and are the perfect height such that you can lay your head on it to take a nap, which I do often. However, I think a more common position is sitting upright and leaning back into the corner of a couch, with your body at a 45 degree angle instead of close to horizontal. The arms of this couch are too shallow for that, since they only start to curve upwards right where the back cushions are placed so you can't scoot back more to put your back against the highest part of the arms. Hard to describe, but my point is that the arms are too low to offer back support in the corner of the couch, you have to add throw pillows. Material: I'm VERY conflicted about the upholstery, it's my biggest disappointment with this couch. On the one hand, I knew when I bought this that it would be fake leather. In person, the material is comfortable and looks quite nice. However, it's not anything close to even fake leather, it's basically suede! Very soft to the touch, not that shiny, somewhere at the intersection of leather and fabric. I anticipate it being harder to clean than leather/fake leather, which is the only reason I wanted a leather couch in the first place. But without actually touching it, you can't tell it's not leather. Structure: Besides the material of the upholstery, I'm annoyed that the seat cushions are sewn into the couch all in one piece, instead of detachable like the back cushions are. I think this will be another reason that this couch will be more challenging to vacuum and keep clean. One reason I chose this couch was because it has a middle support leg even as a smaller couch, and the extra support definitely makes the couch feel more durable. I wouldn't jump on this couch, but it seems to be completely structurally sound. Shipping: I kind of thought it might arrive in two separate boxes at least for the pillows, but no they didn't lie, they really shipped this whole couch in one box. My smallest door is 33" wide, and was able to fit the box through with the help of the Amazon delivery guys, who were very kind and helpful (I ordered the room-of-choice delivery). Assembly: as one person it was kind of a challenge to assemble the legs, in terms of weight, but didn't take me more than 30 minutes overall. The trick is to lean the couch up against a wall to screw the legs on, instead of putting it upside down on the floor, which would be a lot harder to flip over as one person. You should screw the legs 75% to hold the legs in the position you want, place the couch on the floor, and then go around and fully tighten all the screws. Conclusion: I am not sure if I will be returning this couch. Luckily the return window is 30 days and the process is really easy: they just come to package and take away the couch in one piece. I like some aspects of it, I think I got what I paid for, but there are some aspects that aren't dealbreakers but are inconvenient, and I kind of believe that a couch is the one piece of furniture that should have no inconveniences. ... show more

I’m very torn on this because it is NOT faux leather. Is is fabric/suede. Quality seems very nice the first few days. Seems sturdy, but also light weight. Easy to assemble (just the legs and attaching the back cushions). Boxes they arrive in are huge so make sure you can accommodate it through your door. Visually though, very nice. This chair is my favorite. It’s very sturdy and comfortable. It has plenty of space even for larger person. Easy to put together, just install the legs and attach the back pillow. A very nice accent chair. Mine came with one very little defect but still a nice looking chair.

It's a very nice chair. It's soft and comfortable. Comes in a box and you just have to put on the legs. Super easy. The back pillow zippers to the back to keep it in place. It's not to heavy and I really like it. Looks great in my living room!
