We received a box containing two of the set of six that we purchased—without any assembly at all. To receive the remainder of our purchase, we were advised to return the two we had and then we could get the set. We requested a refund with our return. The wood seemed nice but the aggravation wasn’t worth it.

The media could not be loaded. While not 100% real wood, they do feel like a very high quality. The actual seat is some type of pressed wood, but very well made. The cushions are thin, but totally replaceable making these a great purchase.

I was nervous ordering these because they checked all of our boxes but looked ugly online! We wanted sturdy square bottom (not four spindly legs) and light fabric cushions. We ordered them thinking we would put one together and just see what it looked like in person and probably send them back, but they are WAY cuter in person! They are low profile and SO comfortable and sturdy! We love these chairs!

One if the chairs broke the first time it was sat on. We had to search for a way to contact the company and it took two different people in my home contacting the company but they sent us a replacement, made the problem right and we have not had any problems since!

We loved the chairs! *Beautiful *High quality *Big comfortable cushion *Easy to assemble The only dowsing is that the sets were shipped in separate boxes but I only got one tracking number. I did know were the other set was for a few hours before they arrived.
