I love the look of this ottoman. There are two reasons I removed a star: 1. When the "wood" side is up, its not as stable as you would think and easily "topples" if too much weight is put on it unevenly (like someone sitting on it - not a plate of food or a drink). 2. The fabric seems to attract fur. I do have three small dogs - one hypoallergenic/two not - that do NOT get on this piece of furniture, yet it seems to be covered in the pomerian's black fur?!? This is not an issue for my chairs that they DO sit on, so it did surprise me that this ottoman seems to get covered in it. ... show more

It is sturdy and looks like the photo but the round one is 13" high, not 15". I can see why this item is frequently returned as that's frustrating. I'll keep it but it definitely looks small/low in the space. Please update the specs so others aren't misinformed.
