I really like this chair the fabric is great ease of movement on carpet is great tilt havent felt a tilt yet sturdiness is excellent color is good functionality is great the chair was very easy to put together when taken out of box and is comfortable i havehad worser computer chairs where the sest was not comfortable at all but this chair works just fine very happy with this one ad if ever need to and this one breaks for some reason i will definitely buy another one of these chairs highly recommended the chair no i am not being told to say to recommended seller or product i am giving a honest up front opinion that is all id rather be completely honest with everyone on amazon then make up a lie about the product i like it though none the less

I was looking for a replacement and upgrade for the task chair that I've used for the last five years which was pretty darn uncomfortable and developed the typical slow piston leak. Instead repairing it and remaining in pain while I'm at my desk, I did some research and took a chance on this fairly highly rated and well-reviewed chair. This Colamy office chair has made a world of difference. That said, I have to remain objective in pointing out its pros and cons. I've been using this chair for about one month so far and in this time I have noticed a few things I'm not keen on. Primarily the slight side-to-side motion in the chair when upright. It feels a little loose, but upon inspection, no screws have been undone and the piston feels tight against the mounting plate, so my guess is there must be a tad bit of play in the area of spring plate itself. While it's minor, I wish it were tighter, but thus far, I don't feel like it's going to come apart - it's just not as tightly machined as more expensive chairs might be, and ultimately not a deal breaker if I were to get one of these again (and hopefully I won't have to for several or many years). The arms feel stable and tight, even when using them to aid in extracting yourself from a seated position, with the cushion being quite comfy - although some adjustment (for fine tuning your arm resting position) would be ideal, but I know that is not a feature of this chair. Some sort of adjustable head rest would be fantastic too as I find the top of this chair to curve a bit too far for me to feel good about stretching my neck to have my head be held by the chair. Again, that's not a design feature of this chair, but it might let someone like me, who has a fairly long torso, know that they might consider if that is important for them. I can have my head hit the top of the chair if I scoot my butt forward on the seat, but then that makes it a bit harder to lean back, if you want to do that at the same time. I'm a bit leery about the construction of the chair in regard to how the chair back it attached via the arm rest piece to the seat portion. While this all feels nice and sturdy right now, I just hope that it holds up, since I really am taking advantage of the fact this leans back a bit. I haven't noticed any play in it and I hope it stays that way with no breaks in the metal piece. If anything goes wrong with this chair, I will definitely revisit this review. I think the pros are evidenced by the alleged feature that the manufacturer claims, being a "big and tall" chair that can support up to 400 pounds. It is pretty "roomy" so to speak and the flip-up arm rests are awesome so there isn't anything hitting your thighs, although even if the arm rests were fixed, there seems to be plenty of room to sit comfortably without your legs being "squished". As of right now, it seems to be able to withstand my 300 Hoss pounds on a 6 foot frame. The piston doesn't give very much when plopping down, which is a good sign, and the cushion 'cushes' decently while still offering support (you don't sink into it a lot and it does fairly well at conforming to the backside of your body). I think over time this will change to being less cushiony, but again, for this price point, I'm satisfied. Altogether, thus far, the experience with this chair has been favorable. I rarely give five stars to anything, so you will find me give this only four, mainly because there's some room for improvement in build quality. Experience wise, I can say "five stars" because of my going from a simple flat, hard task chair to this one, which has been wonderful for my behind and back which feel better sitting in this chair opposed to the other. I'd almost say this would be good to even watch movies in, if one were so inclined. It is comfy and overall very decent for it's price, so yes, I could recommend it, with the reservation on people knowing that with the one star reviews, I'm sure you'll occasionally have a terrible experience with a product (maybe this one). That said, I think because of the reviews I saw, which helped make up my mind, there are far more good units of this chair and that it lives up to its claims, that I can't see how you could go wrong with this chair if you need something truly for big and tall.

This home office chair is highly ergonomic and adjustable. I purchased this as a gift for my son, who works from home and was in need of a good quality chair for his back. According to him, the lumbar back support and high back cushion provide excellent support for my back, even during long work days. The adjustable features are easy to use and allow me to find the perfect position. The chair is also very sturdy and well-built.
