POOR quality. Straight out of the box, the fabric had threads in random places. Seams began pulling apart within 2 months of wear and rips easily. I don't see how the covers will survive the washer. We were so happy to finally get a new couch and this couch has GREAT seats! My primary concern was getting a couch where you could feel the separation, but this was great - it was solid seat support throughout. The issue however, is the back. Not only is the back of the couch very low, it is completely non supportive. It's quite flimsy compared to the rest of the couch. A plus for sturdiness and firm seats. The back is a strong 'no'. The return of this item was EFFORTLESS! I appreciate that so much. I reeeeally didn't want to return it, but we had no choice. There was no way to relax on this item. It'd likely be fantastic for a waiting room in an office, where one is seated upright while they wait. Nice looking couch and no odor when first opened. ... show more

Very easy to assemble. I didn’t know the back cushions were Velcro I figured the biggest issue I was going to have is the Velcro getting normal wear and tear and the stickiness be less effective. That may still happen but i may never know because the seams of many of the cushions are busting open. Me and my family are very little ppl me as the mother wears only 120 and the other members of the family are my children. The durability is very crappy and I’m extremely sad about it. I was happy with the product directly after putting it together but less than two months later super unsatisfied. ... show more

This was not a 1 person job to put together, took several hours. Once together looks nice but the seat cushions are hard. Back cushions do not come up very high and are not very supportive, quite flimsy. It’s Good for a smaller space & modern looking but I’m thinking probably not worth the $ 😞

I was super skeptical before buying this couch because a lot of the reviews were kind of mixed but Its such a nice one. Each piece came labeled with a letter and there was a guided video on YouTube that went through how to build it step by step. It probably took the two of us an hour- hour and a half from start to finish. The cushions puff up over time and with use.
