So far its had monsoon rain & winds several times, blasting hot (110°F) full sun & looks brand new. A few things I would love, lol! Zippers on corners for full enclosure. This uses bungee ball things so it has gaps between each bungee. We're workshopping a diy fix! Bugs & pollen ugg! It is over our 10x20 above ground pool bc here in Yuma, we can use our pool year round w/the right set up. Heat pump & cover like this to block wind, which it does very well! If you want a quick outdoor room for hanging out in funky weather, you should buy one of these type enclosures! In white, it allows all the light in. Its got 4 big windows & the great gable end style ceiling, both ends & windows zip fully open with clips to hold rolled up. (we've not had trouble with breaking at all) Screening is very small mesh so great for saving you from the pesky bug population. ADDITIONALLY: We have larger Cobizi. An fancier outdoor gazebo room up north. 12X20 but much higher ceilings. Classy looking with the tie back curtains & screens. We put our propane fireplace in it for cold summer night up there. Just saying we trust Cobizi from our 1st experience with them & we're not disappointed w/ this 2nd purchase. If you need customer care, they are a real company so you get help fast & easy. Our first one was out of their San Francisco, CA location. They had a great reaction to my questions as that one was delivered a month b4 we got there & they said if I need parts etc, they stand behind their stuff. I have no affiliation to them, lol. I just search stuff like mad & rely on other's reviews so I like to give the info I want to know! 😁 Hope this helps someone!

Easy to put together! Two of us put it together in less than an hour, one person could easily assemble it. Seems sturdy enough but we will see how it holds up to an Alaskan winter. I will try to update after the strong windy season.

We received the wrong pole size (diameter too large). The customer service was great, responded quickly. Problem is they will take a month to arrive. We put this up with some wood instead.

Has a hole but didn’t want to take it all down and package it up. Need it now. So taking as is but not happy about it and really hoping it doesn’t get worse

Item as described. This design has the metal joiners. Stay away from the plastic joiners that the poles thread into. They will break. For the price very acceptable, and fast shipping
