The carport is now fully put together. It was pretty simple to assemble. The frame is solid and canopy seem to be good quality. I screwed the whole thing to 6×6 beams. Very happy so far, we will see how it handles snow this winter.

Pretty good easy to install . The canvas could be slightly better quality had a few holes and I question how long it will last ! I ordered and put a white 20x20 tarp over the top to help it not get so hot and hopefully last longer . Mostly I am satisfied with it

I recently purchased this brand carport 12x20 for my dad’s boat. I misunderstood the measurements given and didn’t realize it slants rather than standing tall. The width is approximately these measurements -bottom 12’ middle 11’ top where the rolled up canvas door 10’. Great height for working in the boat. My dad is extremely happy it fits. When we first started setting up we connected the top of the frame. We noticed the length was good but it was only measuring 10’ wide. I contacted Amazon because I didn’t want to return it and get the same size again, thinking it’s 10x20. I thought it was 20’ top to bottom . I called Amazon and they set me up with an email to the manufacturer. I really wanted their product since it had everything I was looking for after comparing to others. The person who provided customer service through email was great, clear and patient. They had me take pictures and explain so they could understand what my problem was so they could help make sure they aren’t sending the wrong size out. They explained you have to build the entire frame first and once it’s staked down it with 12’ on the bottom. I told them I wanted to make sure so we finished the frame and he is correct. Luckily the middle width of the boat is about 9’ so it will fit since the middle there on the carport is 11’. I didn’t want them to spend so much on shipping again (2 heavy long boxes) so since I was about to keep it they offered me a $50 credit to not have to return it. I’m happy it works for me so we worked with each other. Best customer service from Amazon and Cobizi that I have experienced when trying to figure out something on a product or order. I’m confident if I have a future issue with this carport then they would do their best to help.

Great car port for the value. So far it's held up through a couple storms with hail and has had no issues. Best solution for working out in the Florida heat. I was able to assemble it by myself in a few hours and instructions were easy to follow. It's been a game changer for working on my car in the summer with no garage, just setup some fans and you're good to go. I'll also be using it as a paint booth so we'll see how it goes.

Awesome carport, very nice roof. Except the roof has a seam that runs from the top of the A frame has a 20 feet run in it. The entire 20 feet is leaking. Amazon wants me to take it down and bring it back! The manufacturer is sending me a new roof!
