I recently moved into a house that used to have a water softener installed. I have never had a water softener and did not know what soft water was until my skin was dry cracking and not retaining moisture. I switched my shower head, taking a chance on this one as it ha multiple filters before it gets to me. I can tell the difference after about a week of using it. It is great quality. Easy to clean. It is plastic, although this draws concern, for the price if something happens I will be purchasing it again. The different water pressures/settings are BEAUTIFUL!!!! Oh this was an awesome find. Plus it was on sale and an extra $6 off when I got it so that was even better. I noticed a difference in water pressure right away. I live in a place that has such harsh water and within the first shower I felt an immediate difference! The different settings are fantastic and installation was so easy with literally no issues and no tools needed. Don’t get me wrong the shower head does filter the hard water. Makes your skin and hair feel nice. It feels as if you have a water softener. The reason why I gave it 3 stars is the excessive dripping. It drips all day/night after using it. The water drips from the nozzles not from the mount. Another reason for the 3 stars is because the water pressure has been down grade so much.
