Love the look, fits my lifestyle, all features work well

I drag this thing everywhere. It's been jammed into my purse as my bus approaches, slid across the breakfast table by a curious cat, and hurled off the dash when I forgot it was there, then got cut off in traffic. I've dropped it on the asphalt of a parking lot a couple of times (I'm a reader, not a gymnast). There are a few dings on the back where it was against another surface, but the front still looks perfect. The magnet that turns the Kindle on or off works consistently when the cover is opened/closed. All the ports and buttons have openings in the right place. The tooling on the pleather is nice enough to make it look like a library book on my shelf. It holds my actual Kindle securely and pads it from life with an off-balance, slightly forgetful person. Love this Kindle case and am tempted to order another one in case I do something cataclysmic to this one, like fall off a pier into the ocean with it or drop it off a cliff on Mt. Rainier.

Perfect case for a great little reader!

I recently inherited three basic Kindle digital readers; one is the latest generation, while the other two are from the generation prior. None of them had cases and I had no experience with any Kindle readers. I have been doing all of my digital reading on eight-inch Android tablets, and that's been a good experience overall, but I do admit to at times finding the use of a tablet to read with for any length of time can in some situations be a bit trying, mostly due to the weight. I know, what kind of weakling am I if an eight-inch tablet starts feeling heavy. At first I was thinking right along that thought-line, but then I stopped and realized, some of these books are six-and-seven- hundred pages long and that takes some time! So, these Kindles wind up being available and I picked one up and loaded some book samples to try it out. Well, I surprised myself and fell in-love with these little readers! So light you don't feel like you're holding anything. Battery-life my cell phone would die for! Easy and intuitive to use (yeah, there's a slight learning curve, but nothing big, believe me, it's easy!). Really easy on the eyes to read (I found that sometimes my eyes got tired reading my tablets). I found that the newest Kindle reader seemed to respond with a bit more speed than the two older ones, and it was actually more comfortable to hold because the width is just a little narrower than the earlier ones as well. So I decided to make the newer one "my reader." After loading a few books and enjoying using it, I then decided to look for a cover to make using my new Kindle even better. I wanted a cover that was as small as the Kindle itself and have some way to make it easier to hang onto when holding with one hand, as well as being able to set it on a table in front of me. Well, I found exactly what I was looking for with the CoBak Case with Stand. It had the exact features I wanted and at a great price. Some of the color choices were actually discounted the day I was searching, and I wound up selecting what I would call a "sea green" color. (It seemed like the best of the discounted colors.) I didn't know if I'd like the color long-term, but it's really growing on me, and all of the mentioned features are working great for me. I really like this CoBak Case, and if you have one of these latest Kindles this would be a great addition for it. Recommended!

Best decision for my Kindle! Extremely impressed

Long review because I’m so impressed, but the SHORT VERSION is… if you have the new Kindle 6inch, look no further.. this is THE CASE! I’ve included pics and video in a mix of flash and no flash so you can see true color and texture as well as features. Hope it helps! I’m so glad that after a couple hours of my OCD brain research, this is the case I chose! My husband got me the Matcha Kindle for our anniversary and told me to come choose a case so I’ll get both on the same day. I searched for hours, not knowing if I wanted to go the clear plastic case route to do the sticker decor w/PopSocket, or full case. Either way I knew I needed a comfortable way to hold it. After deciding the full case route… there were still so many options. Cobak had fantastic reviews, and for good reason. This case had all the features I wanted in one, plus a few I didn’t know I needed. Full case Kindle protection, the Matcha/Sage color to match the Kindle color because it’s so pretty, hand strap for comfort reading and safety from dropping (I’m a huge klutz), the kickstand was a major plus that I didn’t know would be so convenient, magnetic sleep close cover AND magnetic open so it doesn’t flop around while open and holding with the strap! So many on Amazon have a similar style with the strap, but without the magnetic open to keep it secure in one piece. If I would have went without that feature.. I know it would have gotten frustrating. The sage color is beautiful. Not exact to the Matcha Kindle, but incredibly close. The Kindle itself has a tad more green to it. The difference is so little that it’s not enough to bother me, and I’m weirdly finicky about colors matching. I liked that they had the sage because the Kindle on its own is a beautiful color, and I didn’t want to draw away from that. The kindle fits beautifully. It doesn’t SNAP in like I was expecting. It more slides in and just fits perfectly. Doesn’t fall out even after shaking it upside own to check the strength of the magnet while fully open using the strap. It’s really easy to put in and take out if you are someone that swaps cases. I like that it has the sleep mode magnetic cover to help with battery life in standby mode, even though the battery life on the Kindle is great on its own. It feels protective and very well made. It does add a little weight, but nothing crazy at all. Definitely safer feeling than the kindle on its own and great grip. I didn’t have the cover while setting the Kindle up and it’s so smooth alone, that it slipped out of my hands a few times. I feel much better with this on. If i decide to get more cases to accessorize, i may just stay with this model and choose a new style. I’m extremely impressed.

Anyone that has the compact 6" version of the Kindle Paperwhite knows there aren't many options when it comes to finding a case for it. Especially if you want a built-in stand and a hand strap. This one really delivered. Not only does it have both, it's a great looking case. I ordered the brown leather-look one and it looks just like an antique book. The smart cover with auto sleep/wake is icing on the cake. Good value at $17.99 too. Love, love, love it.

Pretty little case that stands up

I am very happy with this case. The color is lovey and exactly what I expected based on the screen picture. The size fits the kindle exactly and it doesn’t add much extra weight to the kindle at all. It was very easy to put on the Kindle as well, did not have to struggle with it. It also stands very easy, it is not fiddly so I don’t have to hold the e reader all of the time. So far it has been very durable, no issues with wearing or tearing. A good value for what I paid, I would probably buy from this line of cases again if I get another Kindle to give as a gift.

I found this after buying another case but this is well worth the purchase. It fits my kindle perfectly. I love the kickstand and the strap to hold it one handed and still able to turn the page. The magnetism is strong adn stays closed while reading.

Man this is dang cute. The color is BRIGHT just like the picture. But the hand strap is to the left so if I lie on the bed reading I would have to hold it by the left hand. (See the video) The back magnet is there to hold it together, doesn't need to be super strong, just enough. Oh and because it's leather so it will easily leave scratches if futher used. Overall cute enough to use by left handed people.
