Put in the directions for those people who said there's doesn't come with directions. Very easy straightforward and very frustrating to put on but that's dude to human error. Great product tonight I'm going to turn the lights on in the house and see what it looks like from outside so hopefully I can update this. All I do is wash the window with Windex and then spray a ton of water take off the back stick it on. Use this stuff before in another house and it lasted for a couple years yeah some of it doesn't lay down exactly flat but it stays up. I am no pro at this but it looks great even though if you can't get it to lay down and you have a couple bubbles

I bought this to eliminate the glare on my TV/computer screen during the afternoon sun. I ordered the black thinking it would be more effective. While it does cut down significantly on the glare, heat and sun bleaching effects, it's not enough to completely eliminate the glare on the screen. I read another review that stated that the film along with sheer curtains took care of the glare, so I imagine I'll try that too. You can still see outside with the black no problem but it does make the room darker, with the lighter backing I wonder if it would be even less effective with the glare? Someone else can comment on that. However, it is easy to put up, get help with larger windows, can be a little unwieldy. other reviews mention squeegeing with the peel off film placed on top to prevent scratching, which you don't see until you finish and then see it from the side. Also, cut a bit (1/4" - 1/2") larger in case measurements are off or window isn't perfectly square, otherwise you'll get clear strips of window where it doesn't fit all the way to the edge. You can trim off the excess with a razor or exacto knife to complete. Overall, pretty happy, but I still need sheer curtains on top.

I bought these mainly to help keep the temperature down in my living room. We have an old, single pane bay window that gets blasted on summer afternoons. These do the trick. It's on average up to 5 degrees cooler in the living room now. Also nice for reducing glare, and the mirror privacy effect is a bonus. This film is nice and thick, which makes it easy to apply without wrinkling and move it around if you need to adjust placement.

The window film was very easy to install once I figured out how to do it. I used a credit card, box cutter, and water in a spray bottle. Took about 15 minutes or so to get it all up on two 26x35” windows. I definitely recommend having a helper to keep the film from rolling while trying to place in window. My teen daughter held the room and I did the rest. For $8 It’s a great and cheap way to reduce heat and as some privacy to her room. I highly recommend this!! I need to add it’s obviously not the best quality but for the price and effectiveness it looks really nice and does do a fantastic job at blocking light.

So, obviously this has decent reviews so I tried it. I will say it works during bright sunny days and if you get a lot of light constantly hitting the windows you're safe. BUT we are two females on downstairs and I just had this thought, what happens at night? I turned on our light and went outside and could easily see I to the bedroom. I mean everything so if we changed we give a full show. Sony comfortable to think about. Then I had an extra extra, thought what if I layered over the film with the access I have? You can see in the night picture that's what I did. I was tearing out just have because I didn't have a whole roll to layer it again. Then again, why am I spending the same amount to layer it again?!? So advisory, this might be better for living rooms don't use for your bedroom. You can layer it it sticks well to itself and that blocks it out but again..there has to be something out there that does it a one time, right? Idk, good luck 🤞🏾
