This is the second bag we've purchased as we literally wore the first one out in 4 years of regular use. We (and more importantly, our pup) LOVE it. The size is perfect for our 6 pound therapy dog. He can stand, lay and turn around inside. The sturdy but fine mesh allows him to see out on all 4 sides. One end opens halfway, the other is a full zip. We use both: the half zip allows him to poke his head out if we're somewhere that he can't be fully out; and the full zip allows the bag to turn into an open kennel where he can hang out or sleep. It's his safe place. There are handy pockets, 3 mesh and one solid, for storing small items like snacks, harness, leash, poop bags etc. The bag is flexible (not rigid) and fits under an airline seat. It has straps that allow it to be secured with a seatbelt when traveling in an auto. The zippers have click locks on them for added security. The pad inside is removable for cleaning. Spot clean the durable outside. The carry strap is sturdy but not quite as padded as I'd like when I carry him on my shoulder. The handles are sturdy. This is a high quality dog carrier! This is actually my 3rd one due to the fact my pup thinks the zippers are delicious. lol The straps are sturdy and the bag itself is very roomy and holds its shape. Some bags buckle in the middle when you pick it up but this one does not. It has a soft Sherpa liner for your furbaby to lay on. It’s also approved to use while flying which is a plus. Primero decir que es una transportadora muy ligera y cómoda de llevar. No es como esas pesadas cajas rígidas que no puedes acomodar en ningún lado. El material permite la circulación del aire y mantiene a la mascota (en mi caso, mi gato) cómoda y a salvo. Tiene una camita en la base que se puede quitar para lavarse en caso de que la mascota la ensucie. Los contras que le encuentro es que en el caso de los gatos, suelen usar sus garras para tratar de salir si se ponen nerviosos. La malla no soporta muy bien los arañazos y ya le han hecho algunos agujeros pequeños. Aunque la base tiene una cubierta de plástico que se puede quitar, no evita que cuando se ensucia de pipí de la mascota, se moje la transportadora. En una transportadora de plástico basta limpiar con un trapo. Pero en esta, al ser de tela, cuando se ensucia toca lavarla. Para uso puntual, llevar a la mascota a algún viaje o al veterinario, es adecuada. Pero no para uso constante. ... show more

Easy to use. Two openings - one to put the cats in and the other to pet them for comfort. NOTE: They can get out of the short zipper side, so you don't want to give them a lot of wiggle room. The inner pad is removable and washes up easily. Yes we have blowouts while traveling from Texas to Utah. About our cats: We traveled with five, ranging in size from five pounds to 12 pounds. The large size gives the big guys room to sit up. For cats nearer 12 pounds I recommend the largest size you can purchase. The cats get lots of air and can see out easily. The carrier is lightweight and straps into the care using a the seat belt. Highly recommend this brand and style. We fit four across the middle seats in an SUV. ... show more

Definitely recommend this cat carrier. It has a soft pad on the inside for the cat and a few zippers/openings on each side so you can pet and comfort the cat while they’re inside. We have a Bergan comfort carrier that we bought from a pet store. They charged more money so I bought the second online but it is not made as sturdy as the other ones they sell to stores. The others have more supportive ribbing down the sides and a metal bar with velcro you can attach to the ends of the carrier for support when in use. Likewise you can un-velcro and fold them back when not using to fold and store. I don't have the other with me currently but it also seems a tad bit smaller. I do wish they would sell the blue sturdier ones to sell in stores as well as the black and pink. Although these aren't as sturdy and won't work well for bigger cats as the ones sold in the pet store they still seem well stitched and all that. ... show more
