the only way to run a program on this is if you disconnect power from the spindle otherwise it will disconnect from the computer running the software program. customer service refused to acknowledge the issue

Machine does not work. Customer service line disconnected and emails are undeliverable. Do not purchase this. I'm throwing it away right now and just biting the bullet to buy a quality machine from a brand with reliable customer service

This is my first CNC Router and I really like it. I was a bit intimidated at first by all of the parts but the instructions made assembly a breeze. Overall it was only a few pieces but a lot of screws to put in. The frame is very stable once assembled. I would say it took around 45 minutes to put together which isn't bad. The machine works great and cuts well. I really like that I am able to use it indoors.
