I broke my tailbone and needed something other than the prescribed blow up donut pillow which was terrible. Found this and it works amazing. I can actually sit up straight, drive, sit at my desk, etc and I feel like this product has helped my recovery process. I will say that the photos are misleading in the way that the inside just looks like the foam you see in Serta pillows or under carpet. There is no blue gel thing. It also does smell terrible. I used Odo Ban spray to attack the inside and I left it unzipped for a hot minute to get that smell down. Overall, the fabric is nice and soft, it has helped my back recover and without this I would not have been able to return to work or sit up straight. 10/10 would recommend

I like that this cushion works well for normal-larger kiesters. It's super comfy. Makes a huge difference when you have a desk job. Helps with fatigue and tailbone pain You sy rhink this sits you up too high, but it doesn't. The cushion settles as you sit down. It doesn't look funny either. It fits well in the desk chair and is rather inconspicuous unless you're looking down on it. It had a chemically smell that dissipated after the first day or so. Very pleased!

I've been using this product for 2 weeks. It's comfortable and has helped ease some of my discomfort while sitting. The cover, which should be durable, started ripping at the seams less than 2 weeks in, so it's something I'm have to fix prior to washing it. Overall, it's decent quality for the price.

I got the larger version of the pillow. I first have to admit that the first evening I tried it, I used it backwards! The u shaped pillow is used with the legs of the “u” in the back. That way works better if you have tailbone pain because you sit on it and there’s an open space for your tailbone so that it doesn’t come into contact with anything. It makes sense when you think about it but I don’t always think at first. I felt I should admit to that because I suppose there could be others out there who might not be thinking about it when they first try the pillow out. It won’t work for tailbone pain if you sit on it the opposite way and could definitely aggravate it. But hopefully others are thinking more than I did when they first try this. So I normally sit on my recliner and since I’ve lost 120 pounds, I ended up with tailbone pain. I asked my doctor what kind of specialist would deal with this and she responded that she thought it was probably from loss of subcutaneous tissue and that she didn’t think a specialist would be necessary, that it should try a donut pillow. But Amazon has some things that pop up when you search for something that look even better and I chose this one for the description and the price. And the look that appeared to be more comfortable than a standard donut pillow. I’ve been using it for a couple of days now and I feel that it’s working for my tailbone pain because it prevents me tailbone from making contact with anything, which results in the pain I was having. It’s a hard pillow but I think it needs to be or it might not prevent me from sinking into it and my tailbone would make contact with the seat of whatever chair I’m sitting on. It’s comfortable when I consider the pain I would otherwise be having. I feel this is a good quality pillow and the price is right and I would recommend it to my best friend or anyone else who has tailbone pain.

I recently purchased a used office chair and while it felt comfortable while I tried it out, after a few hours of working at home it was killing my back and tailbone. Everything else on the chair was perfect, but the seat itself had degraded and they wanted $200 to replace it. I figured I would try this first and I'm glad that I did. Pros: Not too thick Firm, comfortable foam that shapes to your body Ergonomic shaping makes it fit naturally Great value Soft fabric Slide-resistant material on the bottom to keep it in place Cons: It is still fairly thick, which means that it will raise you up in the seat and could affect some of the features of your chair like armrest height and lumbar placement. Very happy with this purchase overall. I even throw it on my kitchen chairs/bench if I'm going to be sitting for more than 15 minutes and it allows me to sit comfortably, which isn't the case otherwise.

The product looks great, but it is not very comfortable, maybe it is designed for people under 150 lbs. It hurts to sit on for to long. I was hoping it would be good to sit on while working from home 8hr but not true. Nice quality, not soft enough.

I purchased following spine surgery. This seat has held up for weeks with hours of constant sitting. This is important for keeping pressure of my weight off of my spine. It has done that thus far. I researched lots of these in other to make the right choice because I like to spend wisely. This seat is comfortable while holding its shape wonderfully. The cushion itself is very comfortable. I’m very much plus size and work from home, so I sit in an uncomfortable office chair for 8+ hours a day. I do stand up every so often to help the cushion re-inflate, but I’ve noticed a huge difference in the way my hips feel at the end of the day. With that being said, I’m pretty unhappy with Amazon Prime these days. I pay a monthly premium for 2 day shipping, but my orders are taking almost a week. It seems a bit irrational to continue to pay premiums when you’re not getting the offered services.
