Several years ago I had a pillow that you could unzip and remove or add filling to make it however full or flat you wanted. It was my favorite pillow but is seen better days. This one also has that ability and it has the added bonus of being a cooling pillow. I never really believed about the cooling aspect of the pillows but my husband grabbed it and he said this pillow feels cool so I guess it really works since he didn't know that's what it was. I really like that you can make it have you want because I actually prefer flat pillars. I don't like to put my head on them and have it puff up around my face because I'm a stomach/side sleeper. It really seems like a high quality pillow and should last quite a while. Since it has a zipper I guess you can take all of the filling out and wash the cover and then put the filling back in. So that helps if you're somebody who sweats a lot or gets it dirty. I think I might get another one just like it.

I love a firm pillow, but most pillows I buy aren’t firm enough for me. Even the ones that say they’re firm feel soft. Not the case with this pillow! This shredded memory foam pillow is as firm or soft as you want it to be. When you get the pillow, it’s soft – at least it was by my standards. However, it comes with extra shredded memory foam that you can add to make it firm. On the flip side, if it’s too firm for you when you first get it, you can take some of the foam out. The cooling aspect works as well. It always feels cool to the touch. It’s my favorite pillow now.

I can't explain it - but one side of this pillow is literally cool. I've never had a pillow like this and I absolutely love it. I haven't even put a case on it yet, but I love the cool feeling! This pillow is perfectly firm for me. However, it comes with an additional bag of memory foam stuffing, which looks exactly as shown in the listing pic. I love this pillow. If you're like me and like a nice cool pillow, this one never fails to be cool. It's really awesome!

color me impressed! a very firm, not solid, but comfortably cooling pillow. I was very impressed with the comfort and durability of the pillow. it doesn't sink in from laying on it which I definitely needed for my lean up and watch moments.

Extremely comfortable, expanded bigger than I thought it would that's an actual plus, cooling and soft side are totally noticeable. Seems very durable time will tell. For a side sleeper like myself it was perfect, formed around my neck and shoulder and kept in place. Only negatives it does have an odor out the package, recommend washing first. Already ordered another one, definitely recommend...
