I’ve had this couch for three months now, and it’s a constant hit with friends and family. The comfort level is perfect, it's plush enough to give you that sink-in feeling, but firm enough to maintain its shape so it doesn't feel boneless. It’s also incredibly stable thanks to the rubber grips on the bottom, so it stays exactly where you put it without sliding. This material has a great texture that feels soft but it's durable and scratch-resistant. Setup was a breeze, as assembly basically just involved removing the protective plastic. I’ve had this 4-piece sofa for about four months now and everything’s been great so far. It did take a couple of weeks to fully expand, and I had to help it a bit by fluffing and adjusting it. Excellent value. I love that it is a chenelle fabric, I'm not a big fan of the"teddy bear" fabric. The base is firmer than expected, but still very soft and comfortable, I was a little worried about sinking in too much (I'm 60 years young).

Satisfied in general. It was within its shape within 2 days but I still waited 3 just in case. I manually fluffed them to speed up the process. My only minor issue is that the couch is not a dark black couch. It’s more of an “ashy black” almost like a dark grey color. It fits perfect for the living room area of my studio apartment and it’s EXTREMELY COMFORTABLE. I fall asleep all the time. I put the two pictures to show what I mean. Do not buy. It says free returns but it’s not possible once you open them. It looks nothing like this. They don’t stay together. Not sturdy. Wrinkles don’t come out even with steaming so it doesn’t feel like it filled out. Not worth the money.

When my couch was first delivered and I saw the boxes, I thought I'd made a terrible mistake. However, after unboxing everything and seeing how much it expanded over the next day, I was pleasantly surprised to find the couch worth the money spent. The cushions definitely puff up after you fluff them and the couch is dense and the foam is thick and sturdy. The couch is comfortable for what it is. The only negative things I can really say are the pieces don't connect solidly together. There are provided Velcro strips to attach the pieces, but they can still slide if you run into the couch...as well as the back of the couch doesn't come up very high and my spouse thinks it's uncomfortable because he can't lean his head back against the couch. ... show more

If you’re thinking of getting it just do it! Great couch I love it so far! The ottoman picture is straight out of the box and the full couch picture is 1 day after I let it sit out and fluff up. The couch is firm but not hard, and has a cloud like feel. The height is pretty tall and it’s fluffy. Give it some time atleast 1-2 days to fully fluff out, and once it does it’s beautiful. I also like how each pillow and seat you can take the zipper off if you need to wash it! It came with 3 back support pillows two side pillows and two small front pillows, I added a few of my own in the picture. The texture isn’t super soft but it’s also not rough, I’d say in the middle. It’s sooo easy to spot clean, I have kids and they already got a little spot on it and I just wiped it with a small amount of soap and water and it came right off. It also came with straps to keep the couch connected together. I haven’t had to use yet because I have the couch pushed against the wall, and it hasn’t slipped apart yet (I have carpet).
