Easy to build, no tools needed, except something to cut packaging open. Within 10 minutes or less I had a soft and comfortable sectional. This couch is way worth the money with such soft fabric, thick foam and great room for my family to enjoy with me. Does not sit too low to the ground, easy to sit down on and get back up. It looks stunning in my apartment! No assembly was required at all! Just cut the plastic and it pops up! It came in two parts. The chaise came first and the rest came the next day. It’s big and comfy enough to sleep on! It’s very sturdy and actually a bit more firm than I expected. I would have preferred a more plushy couch to sink into but for what it’s worth, it IS a foam couch so I understand that the firmness is necessary to maintain shape. It’s still very comfortable. The pieces move apart easily if you want to make a bed out of it or have a smaller couch with a separate accent chair vibe too. The covers zip off of the pillows but it doesn’t appear to zip off for the rest of the couch so you may have to spot clean or steam for the big parts. I usually just use a fabric brush and spot clean and spray some febreez but I plan to steam it soon. I recommend this couch for sure, especially for the budget friendly people out there! ... show more

Got it initially and it's a great couch unfortunately due to FedEx one of the cupholders broke but I contacted the seller and they got a new one sent to me pretty overall I'm pretty satisfied with the couch and the height is good and love the style and pretty firm but not to firm

I have to say this company’s customer service rep Jaden is phenomenal!!! Really helpful and responds quickly! This couch is not what I expected. It’s very low but very comfortable. The pillows never filled out and still remain flat after 72 hours and beating them to fluff up. The material is very soft, the couch is firm and bulky. It’s not a bad set and the couch did fill out very quickly. I must say it’s very comfortable and my dog loves sleeping on it. No issues with pet hair and remains firm after my 100 pound dog sleeps on it. Overall it’s a good couch so far. I can’t say if it will last a long time, just got it. It is bulky and long, firm, and the color matches the picture on website. I have the dark gray left side chaise and couch 107 . It’s does blow up as soon as you take out of the plastic. I do recommend buying this couch! I’m not disappointed with this purchase. I must be honest, my pillows never fluffed up. That was the only issue I had and why I only gave it 4 stars. ... show more

Took a chance and was pleasantly surprised. Very comfortable and large. Speakers aren’t bad but they don’t replace a sound bar. If I had to give one thing to improve upon it would be the pillows and maybe having higher back support. The height of this couch overall was ideal for us.
