I purchased this based on the Amazon reviews, and I am not disappointed. In fact, I am typing this review from somewhere up in the Adirondacks with a perfect, fast connection with several devices connected. When I was setting up, I ran into a very slight issue, reached out to support and someone got back to me very quickly and the issue (which actually wasn't an issue) was resolved. The data packages are reasonably priced and seem to cover the needs of any user. Set up is straightforward as long as you pay close attention to the directions in the little booklet since connection is via a QR code. WOW... a VERY easy device to set up, less than 5 minutes after a complete charge it was online and working!!! I had bought another brand, paid for a sim card will not connect to internet. Support by E Mail was a joke, after two weeks of nothing I gave up and bought this brand. The product is light weight and easy to carry. I got the device and it was inactive but I emailed support and with a quick response they were able to resolve the issue, and issued me extra data for my device. After the problem was solved I’ve been able to use it and it is fast and very easy to access and use the internet. Everything you need is on the screen. I purchased this hotspot for Florida hurricane season and travel when I do not have a good WiFi or cell signal where I am staying. Prior to my purchase I had a few questions to make sure this would fit my needs. After the quick response from customer service with the information I needed about buying additional data I was sold. I received the hotspot and it connected very easy. I am traveling and I no longer need to leave my location to search for a good signal. I like that it has a data counter and battery life indicator. I love this portable WiFi. I go to places where I have no cell service so I cannot tether, but got this device and at the same place had great service. Easy to set up and easy to get connected to.

    • Support is excellent especially in the set up part.
Not so easy to set up. But Support was very responsive and in fact gifted me a year international plan to get me going. Have not used it yet and am hopeful for a great experience. Will make my travels much easier.
