When I was setting up, I ran into a very slight issue, reached out to support and someone got back to me very quickly and the issue (which actually wasn't an issue) was resolved. The data packages are reasonably priced and seem to cover the needs of any user. WOW... a VERY easy device to set up, less than 5 minutes after a complete charge it was online and working!!! I had bought another brand, paid for a sim card will not connect to internet. Support by E Mail was a joke, after two weeks of nothing I gave up and bought this brand. CANNOT be happier-streams 1080 p tv, connects to laptop with ease and has many different data plans that are affordable. a few trials and tribulations on my part, but all in all, it does what it says, and the speed is faster than I thought it would be, nice little gadget for traveling for sure or emergencies when power is shut down and one needs computer access so yes I am happy with th device.

I got the device and it was inactive but I emailed support and with a quick response they were able to resolve the issue, and issued me extra data for my device.
