The neutral color fits perfectly into my office room and makes the space look brighter and cozier. The sofa arrived well-packed with no smell, and there was no assembly needed just took it out of the box and set it up. The cushions are firm yet soft, holding their shape nicely. What I really like is that the sections can be rearranged you can easily change the shape or layout to fit your space. It’s lightweight, so moving or adjusting it is super easy. We use it every day perfect for relaxing, watching TV, or even taking a nap. When unfolded, it turns into a great sleeping spot. The fabric feels nice on the skin and is easy to clean. The media could not be loaded. I was a little hesitant to order a couch online without trying it first, but I'm so glad I took the chance on this one. I've been wanting the cloud couch look without the massive price tag, and this totally delivers. The 'no assembly' claim is legit; it arrives in one box with the pieces vacuum-sealed inside. You just unbox them and let them expand, which was actually pretty fun to watch. They took about a day to fully take shape and for the wrinkles to smooth out, but the final result is fantastic. It's really comfortable - a great balance between being soft enough to sink into but still supportive, and the seats are nice and deep. The best part is how versatile the modular design is. Each piece is lightweight, so it's super easy to change the layout from an L-shape to a long sofa with an ottoman, which is great for movie nights or when we have guests. The pieces can slide a little bit on our hardwood floors, but we just put a rug underneath and it solved the problem completely. The beige velvet material looks and feels very high-end, and for the price and convenience of having it delivered to your door, you really can't beat it. **Update*** I love this couch. I gave it about 60 hours. The back was a little stiff at first, but now it’s just right. Very happy to curl up on it. My cat thinks it’s his couch though. Thankfully, there’s room for us both. My only complaint, how do you get the wrinkles out? Been over a week and the bottom cushions still have wrinkles in the front. Otherwise, I love this couch. And I love the color! I’ve only had it since Friday. It’s Sunday morning. Still haven sat on it yet, instructions said 96 hours? I’ll try it out tonight, that will be 48 hours. It’s still got some puffing up to do. Big box, I really had to muscle it out. I’m just turned 70, in good shape. Kind of difficult to move around on a rug or carpet. and it didn’t explode “ like you see in the videos. My cat loves it😊. Bigger than I expected the pics are misleading. I absolutely love the color, goes perfect with my rug. Will update when I finally sit on it! As of now I love it. ... show more

Bought based off of great reviews but the couch definitely isn’t as listed. The cushions do not fit together properly they do not reshape after sitting in them even after waiting 96 hours the couch does not fully expand to the measurements listed and some areas never expand. I wish I would never have bought this but the return process is just as terrible I have no idea how you can pack up a couch and find your own return place as well as pay return shipping fees.. the back support is not even there just truly disappointed. ... show more
