The sofa was fairly easy to put together. The instructions were very helpful and I like how there was one included per each modular section. The frame material (wood) was very sturdy and heavier than expected. The fabric material is nice, thick and flexible. I also like the color of it because it adds interest and dimension instead of being just a solid black color. I have a dog and young child, but pet hair, while attracted to the fabric, is also extremely easy to clean off. That said, grass and other lent is harder to remove. I noticed in previous reviews some customers had a hard time putting on the fabric cover. I agree that in the beginning it was a little confusing so perhaps an instructional guide or video could be done. But since I have experience sewing, once I lined up the seams with the corners of the pieces, it was a piece of cake! And actually it was very clever how these covers were created - I enjoyed this process. I look forward to washing this fabric, but wish that it came with care and laundering instructions. I am not sure about the fabric material, but I assume I would wash on a gentle cycle in cold water, but not put it in the dryer as it might shrink a bit. I purchased a dark color to prevent staining, but I haven't had to spot clean it as of yet. Likewise, it seems like a scotchguard product could be applicable if I so desire to help in that regard. There were no weird smells, fumes or off-putting odors that I noticed. The pillows were large, lofty and very full. I was very impressed with them and how they held their shape. They also had a pleasant smell and all the fabric colors matched throughout. I also appreciated that they were ready-made and made well. The seams are sturdy and all line up. Great attention to detail! All you had to do was put them in place on the sofa. It is very comfortable though I will say that the modular pieces below the seat cushions are harder than expected. I wish they had a little more padding, If you sit in between the pillows or on the edge, it is harder than I'd like. However, I feel as though I could add some extra cotton material inside the velcro liner to help remedy that. I haven't attached the sofa seats together just yet, but I like that the sofa doesn't shift or move around as it is sat on. That goes back to the solidness and sturdiness of the sofa frames. The ottoman storage piece is huge! Though I would have liked for it to have a fabric cover to cover the gray material. The only thing that covers it is the pillow, so if not careful, you can see the gray material beneath it. I will say that was a bit of a letdown. That extra cover on the lid of the ottoman would have really taken it over the top to provide that full luxurious feeling. Overall, it was a good buy and great value. It is well made and sturdy. I'm looking forward to seeing my guests responses to my new sofa and having many years of lounging on it.

We love our couch! I will say, not all pieces came at once but it was only a 3 day separation when the other parts came. Super comfy, soft, easy to put together and love that we can wash everything!! Ottoman is massive!!

I never leave reviews, but people need to be warned before wasting money on this couch. I paid $1,200 expecting a quality product, and what I received is nothing short of garbage. The “soft” fabric they advertise is rough and scratchy, the padding is uneven, and one of the seat cushions already has a hole in it that’s spilling feathers and stuffing all over my floor. When I contacted the company about the obvious defects, their response was a slap in the face a pathetic 15% refund offer. They tried to brush me off by saying “comfort is up to preference.” Comfort? What about the fact that the cushion is literally ripped open? What about the fact that the fabric is NOTHING like what they describe? This company is dishonest and refuses to stand behind their products. For $1,200, you’d expect at least decent quality and customer service instead, you’ll get a couch that falls apart and a company that doesn’t care. Do not waste your money here.

I've had this couch for over a year now and I love it!! I have 2 kids(ages 5 and 2) a dog, and 2 cats so this couch sees alot of traffic and is holding up great. It was so easy to assemble, I love the removable washable covers! They are awesome to keep it looking and smelling fresh. The ottomans have SO much storage, honestly I could go on and on about the things I love about this couch. Everyone that comes over to the house loves how huge and comfy it is and asks where I got it

I was so nervous to buy a couch on Amazon. This couch arrived within 3 days of ordering it! Came in 6 boxes and the seller immediately messaged me with every tracking number once it was created. Packed very well and arrived undamaged. Assembly was easy and each piece was made better than I expected. The fabric is heavy duty which brings me peace of mind with 2 dogs and a kiddo that loves to spill things. Everything comes off (even the base fabric) and can be washed in the washing machine. It’s very comfortable and easy to relax on. So many wins with this purchase. Extremely happy!!!!

I’ve had this sofa for about 6 months now. I wanted to wait to review the couch once I’ve actually gotten to use it for a bit. It hasn’t really held up too well. The couch is VERY hard, overall just not that comfy. You can fluff the cushions as much as you want, but you won’t be able to get the shape back. The cushions are deformed and uncomfy. I will say too, the couch was pretty hard to put together. I think if I had an extra person, assembly would have been much easier.

We love this couch. For the price it’s amazing. We got a 3 seater + ottoman about 1 1/2 years ago and it’s held up very well. Easy tot ale apart vacuum and clean. Wasn’t super hard to put together. And i love that you can buy more pieces to add on. The only problem i have with it is that the feathers will come out of the cushions but we just throw them away when they sneak out of there.
