I liked everything about this whole set up from the strong communication, to assembling it together. I didnt need any tools. The corners were a lit tricky but I got it on with a few tries. I ordered the white ones or at least I thought it was white & found out it was a creamy white. A little back n forth with the seller on a few misunderstandings they were finally more than willing to resolve my concern & there in the process of making me another set of coverings in white. I'm delighted by the look, feel & the comfort. I love that its easy to link together & unlatch for cleaning in between & washing the covers. This is so idea for style, comfort, functionality & the price. As others have stated these are huge so you do need to take your space in consideration. Otherwise I'm happy with my purchase & would have never thought to buy my living room furniture off of Amazon. I hope you consider this as your try-out choice too. NOTE! Package comes in multiple shipments. At first I thought they messed up the order. Just be patient it will come and it’s so worth the wait! This couch is sooo comfy and beautiful. The slip covers are soft, well made and high quality. Feels high end and snuggly. Its Gorgeous We got the 5 seater with the ottoman and may get a second ottoman to make a movie bed. We ordered a second sofa and sent a link to my mom who is also ordering 2 sofas for her movie room. My only complaint is that the back rest slip when moving the couch and often needs to be put back. We are going to remedy that by screwing a couple metal brackets to hold it in place ... show more

This couch has surpassed my expectations! It’s extremely comfortable, was very easy to put together and it looks way more expensive than it was! I’ve had multiple people ask me if I got it from pottery barn or west elm! 4 stars because the couch does get delivered in multiple pieces/days. It was pretty annoying. But doable. I went to Ashley furniture and for a very similar couch, it was over $3500. I went to Amazon and I found this beautiful, trendy couch and read the reviews although there weren’t a ton of reviews, they seemed all pretty solid. This couch is absolutely crate and barrel/pottery barn dupe. The only thing I did come across was that the cushions were not super cushiony and I have to agree. Although…I fixed that issue. I purchased a 20 lb bag of shredded memory foam and I stuffed the cushions. I put a picture of me pointing to the cushion I had not yet stuffed, the one next to it I did. The cushions themselves are really well made and I just put the foam under the cushion sandwich so you can’t tell at all. I absolutely would recommend this couch to every single one of my friends but also just save yourself and order the shredded memory foam at the same time so you can enjoy the couch same day. ... show more
