Have only had them for a few days but so far they are the most comfortable insoles I’ve tried.i have plantar fasciitis and very severe foot pain. I am a waitress and constantly on my feet. I start my day with pain and end my day with pain. These insoles give me several hours of no pain. After the 6-7 hour mark I start to feel pain again, but for me being able to go 6 hours without pain is a win.

Man I had no idea what I was missing! These shoe insoles are AMAZING!!! when I tell you they have the softest cushions, that literally feel like they are made for my feet- it truly doesn't explain how comfortable they are! I like that I don't even have to cut on them or make any adjustments, they fit perfectly inside my shoe and once I slipped my feet in- I immediately felt relief- no more aches in the arches of my feet, no more cramps up and down the center of my feet! I cannot honestly believe much of a difference these made! They are advertised to be cloud like soles and that is no exaggeration! I want some for every pair of shoes! I cannot stress enough that I had forgotten what a truly comfortable pair of shoes felt like for at least the last ten years. Having three kids changes how much you can spend on things like a pair of shoes and when you take a pay cut like that, style can easily come before comfort! Not anymore!! I would be able to wear the cheapest shoes on the market and feel like a million bucks walking on the clouds! Please do not pass these up! They are definitely a game changer!! 10 out of 10!!

TL;DR: Adds extra comfort and heel support for workouts and daily wear; great for extra cushioning or a slight height boost. Review: These insoles make both my gym and everyday shoes noticeably more comfortable. I’m always looking for small upgrades that improve daily comfort, and these have easily become one of those hidden gems. The cushioning around the heel area adds a soft bounce that makes walking and training feel smoother and less fatiguing. An unexpected bonus is that they add a slight height lift, which shorter wearers will definitely appreciate. The only thing to keep in mind is that on some shoes without removable insoles, these might make the fit a bit tighter or cause slight heel slippage. Still, it’s a minor tradeoff considering how much comfort and value they add for the price. Overall, these are a 5/5 for cost-to-value, and I’ll definitely be grabbing a few more pairs for my other shoes.

These are well made, cushiony insoles. Many people want soft comfort. Others want a bit of firmness and support. This is definitely the soft type of insole as advertised. In addition to being soft, the insoles also have a gentle massaging effect from the soft bumps on top. I believe they are designed to gently massage pressure points. It feels nice to me (though I haven't worn them on a longer walk yet) but I imagine some people won't like the bumps and would want a smooth surface. It's good to know who you are because I definitely am aware they are there. It's not a bad thing in my opinion. Yours may be different. There is some arch support. I feel it mildly. I have a higher arch. But again it has some give, it is softer. Some people like stronger support. I'm not sure what the "nano gene" thing is as described on the package. However, I believe it is related to odor control. Time will tell if that works. These are soft, massaging, ventilated and comfortable. They seem true to size. They are not too wide so if you have very wide feet they may not fit your shoes quite as fully. If you like soft comfort, sort of a pillow top for your shoes, these are reasonably priced comfort at $10.

These are deliciously cushy! I actually used them to give new life to my favorite slippers, which had gone sadly flat inside. Because these insoles are so soft and squishy, they were the perfect pairing for these slippers. They actually have some arch support, which is something my slippers were certainly lacking. And they are quite thick in the heels. Since these slippers had lost all of their soft squishiness, having these insoles is really amazing and I absolutely love them. Since they are so squishy, I don’t know how they would work in regular shoes. I am a fan of rigid inserts in regular shoes to support my knees and back. So I chose to keep them in just my slippers. For that use I can enthusiastically recommend these!

These don't get compressed after wearing them all day and cushion my feet day after day. They also really help me lengthen the lifespan of my favorite shoes.
