Really like this couch! The kids love to jump all over it without having to worry about banging some hard frame. Also comfy to sleep on because it is very firm. One thing to note though, the black couch shows every little piece of paper, shred, crumb, string, etc. so you have to always sweep it off because it shows against the dark fabric. ... show more

This couch has surprised me. I wasn’t expecting to much seeing reviews of other couches similar to this, but this one had all 5 stars (about 13 at time of purchase). I am a 6’2, 250lb guy and have no issues using this couch, my wife and kids love it as well. I will list the pros and cons of this couch below. Pros - Very comfortable, I have fallen asleep on this multiple times without issue. Definitely more on the firm side as far as memory foam goes. - pretty lightweight, and easy to move around. - looks nice, material does not feel cheap. - color was spot on. - very easy to clean minor spills etc. Cons - does tend to wonder and slowly spread apart, but that is the nature of these couches. -the back is a bit low and not ideal if you are taller like me, wife and kids have no issues. Also the measurements height wise were off by 1/2 inch. - the middle section came torn (see pics) but the sender immediately offered 2 solutions of some money back or new piece. We opted for the replacement and we kept the other torn section for our son’s game room. Overall, I give this 5 stars. I would give 4 but customer service was top notch and helpful. The cons were more like quirks rather than outright failures. Definitely not your everyday couch and might not be a viable long term replacement but a cool couch nonetheless. ... show more

Buyer Beware. This couch did not match the product description. After unpacking it and waiting the required 72 hours, it was clear that the advertised dimensions are incorrect. The listing states the couch height is 16.5 inches, but it measures only 15 inches. We specifically purchased this couch for the advertised height, so this discrepancy is a major issue. The product is not as advertised, and we are very disappointed. To make matters worse, customer service offered only a $20 discount to resolve the issue, which is completely unacceptable given that the product is not as advertised. This is misleading and disappointing. I would not recommend this product. ... show more

I love the look of this couch but there is not enough back support and the seat depth in the middle of the couch is just okay .. you will definitely need an ottoman or foot stool for the middle. Unless you don’t mind the short couch feel. The quality of the couch is very nice and the length of the couch is very large when put together so that’s another plus if you have the space for it. So 3 stars is what I gave it definitely won’t be my last couch but does the job for now. ... show more
